I noticed that now you need to set up the ragdoll system and set the skeleton for the default ragdoll system. I also noticed that when it enters ragdoll state, the camera briefly zooms into the character and then back out. Is there a way to fix that and not have the camera move? why not inventory 2 ? it has a crafting system, shop system, and a bunch of nice looking stuff that RVR went over in his video. Although I would like a step by step basic tutorial for everything in GC2 like this one. RVR videos are Ok, but his resolution is too high so you cannot read his screen very well, and he doesn't cover every step in creating stuff , he glosses over a lot
I got some trouble with my FPS setup. With the help of your videos I could solve the most of them - thanks!! But I got in trouble with the mouse cursor. It didn't follow the players view in space. So if I want to click at an item I often can't focus that item and the mouse cursor is exactly on it.
Glad to hear I could help a little! I'm not to familiar with FPS style just yet but I did attempt it on an earlier video if you haven't checked it out yet. Hopefully you find an answer hidden in there somewhere! 😁
What are the modules that it comes with? I did notice on their page Stats, Quest, Inventory, etc... do those come with it or do you have to buy those on the side?
unfortunately they are seperate, but as of right now all i can recommend is the stats module. it potentially can do everything the other modules can do and there just isn’t enough information and tuts on the inventory one which is the real bummer.
@@JDE19 Can stats do dialogue? My game is gonna be an action but with heavy story driven and choice based element so I just want an easy time to making dialogues.
@@SangHendrix Honestley you wouldnt even need stats for it unless its too save and remember choices really, other then that it should be doable with GC2 visual scripting.
can anyone help with hotspot prefabs ? i put a canvas set to world space and 200x50 pixels with just a text field, but for the life of me cannot get it to trigger. the default one triggers just fine but not the prefab canvas ... using latest game creator 2.12.42 . can anyone please help or provide an example ? ive checked the docs and all it says is provide a prefab nothing about what type or anything else ... thanks guys

i have started to categorize my series and separate it from the tutorials in its own playlist but as for basic tutorials it will all just fall under the tutorial playlist as there’s no need to follow a certain order

Can I make it be a joystick on the pc and a WASD on the mobile?
I think is better to compile 2 different versions. One for mobile and one without onscreen buttons for pc.
