Love my 7.3. Hard NOT to jump on it and hear the magic happen.

Oh yeah! I have the same problem especially with the loud exhaust!

Appears to be in eco mode too. I see the little green leaf. Truck sounds good.

Yep it was. It's probably even quicker in normal. Good catch!

@@GO-MAKE-EM-LOUD I don’t have one, but I’ve heard if you push the traction control button two times, it puts it in Sport mode.

Yeah it does but I've looked it found out what that actually means. Do you?

@@GO-MAKE-EM-LOUD I have the 7.3 straight piped. Sounds awesome. When you put it in sport mode, and floor it, it will sit you back in the seat like a sports car. If you do it, hold on tight. It's a lot of weight that gets moving very, very quickly.

This the perfect exhaust for the Godzilla motor! A lot of the other's are pretty quite but I rather hear it when stepping on it and cruising down the hwy

Yes I agree! It's not for everyone but I love it. I will say it is a bit obnoxious when needing to be quiet like a campground or starting up in a neighborhood it really BRRRAPPPS on a cold start up.

@@GO-MAKE-EM-LOUD That’s how the exhaust is on my 5.0 F-150 lol. I love it too though, can’t be going around quiet anymore ha ha

It’s kind of ridiculous how quick a truck that big is.

The gas gauge spells 7.3 gas.

Now the faster you go and add hills to the equation it of course goes down. I average 14.6 at 80-82 on cruise control during longer trips through mid Georgia. Overall I average 13.6 with city and highway combined and that is including several minutes of idling when colder.

      The 7.3 makes 430HP/475LB-Torque.
      The 8.1 makes 300HP/362LB-Torque.
Super charging both leads you went into the 600-700HP range.
