Fantastic job by Mark on your first tour, very knowledgeable and informative. You can grow all local and never leave the area. And keep import’s away!!👍🇺🇸
Thanks for another great trip video. It was super interesting. The visit to the date farm and your host Mark was so very informative. I learned a bunch about the valley from Mark and his people. What an interesting place. So different from what we know. Learned a bunch. Thanks to Zach and Randy and Treavor for filming and being our hosts. Interesting that all of the work around the date operation and in the field is done by hand. Very little machinery. So did different from what we know. Mark was a great host for all of you. Was a good person. Thanks to all of you for taking us along. Appreciate that. You all take care and be safe. The safe is for Treavor. Wild person. Looking forward to the next video. Thanks for everything. Special thanks to Becky for all of her editing and organizing these trip videos. The Iowa farm boy.
I've lived in the Coachella Valley for 30 years and I have never learned more than I have by watching your video. You are the Huell Howser of Minnesota. This was some of your best work Zach. Thanks for showcasing my home town the way it should be shown. You guys need to take this show on the road, it's Top Gear meets Impractical Jokers, meets Mr. Green Jeans, meets Huel Howser.
Having lived in the Valley for years, it truly is a beautiful place. And there is nothing like looking out at the desert after it rains and watching it bloom out of nothing
Thanks for the tour of the date farm . And that whole area. It was very interesting to watch and learn how our food and farmers work to feed all of us and their communities.
Let the wife and kids keep up the farm. You and the boyz keep up the road trip. Really enjoyed the video. Laughed out loud a bunch!!!! I wanna go on the next trip.
Mr. Johnson, I thoroughly enjoy ALL the videos you put out on both your YT channels. I like to read through the comments and apparently so do your thousands of followers as evidenced by the lack of disparaging remarks. Great content this week, thanks to the Missus who I'm sure picked the best bits. Stay safe and stay healthy. :-)
Love dates, knew they grow on date palm trees but thanks for showing how they do it. Thanks Dates opened destoned then fill with philadephia cheese. Wonderful
This it kinda like watching the modern day "Three Stooges". I won't say who is who..... Hey, Mark was very informative and just fit right in with you guys and your humor. Tell Mark that he should do tours. I learned a lot but you guys could have shared some of those dates with your viewers..... Great video.
Great video Zach. You guys are taking SoCal by storm, farmer's tans and all. Quite a few years ago Mike Rowe did a dirty jobs episode on a date farm. Mark was really cool to listen to.

This is a super cool series, never in a million years would I have given a second thought to how dates were grown or farmed. But this was super interesting and now I want to know more.
Very cool tour, by far one of your best posting. Loved Jose, the easy comment cracked me up. My tractor mechanic does the easy thing with the F word added in front for stuff that most people have no chance of being able to do.
My great grandmother used to put chopped dates in her chocolate chip cookies. De-effin-licous. Her mom and dad are from Jönköping in Sweden. His name was Johnson.
Recognized that canyon instantly. Used to drive that all the time going to and from 29 Palms where I was stationed. Cops love to sit at the top of that thing.
Big props to Mark, that was a really cool tour!
Fantastic job by Mark on your first tour, very knowledgeable and informative. You can grow all local and never leave the area. And keep import’s away!!👍🇺🇸
