Good question. The good news, is every panel is available. The bad, is it needs every single panel except the roof and dutchman. I like saving things, so I'd probably figure out a way to save it.
No such thing as a parts car these days sheet metal is available Rick at Carthage classic cars ,repairs these cars in this bad of shape.one just needs the money, time tools ,skills and a place to get er done.please stop calling them parts cars.they just need a little love😮❤😂🎉
@@IndirectConnection1Funny you said that, I was looking at a 67 Chevelle SS in about the same condition as this challenger, frame rot, every panel rusted to shit, non numbers matching 396, the guy wanted 23k for the car. I offered him 5k cause it still has a title, he proceeded to tell me he watched Barrett Jackson and saw that car go for 64k … wasn’t even worth explaining that his POS was FAR from a Barrett Jackson car.
Hi Jason! It looks like it's Tawney Gold. It's in much worse shape than Jackie's 71 Formal Roof Challenger it's B5 blue, white top and interior, 383 2bbl, PS, PDB and AC.
@@carebear2272 the Cuda always looked more of an action car. The Challenger was supposed to lean more personal luxury, like a Mercury Cougar. I'll take a Cuda too!
ALL 71 E bodys are GOLD = GET IT ASAP !!!
I'd love to, if the price is right.
@@IndirectConnection1 if u have to ask ...sorry u know the rest ...
That is cool! Congrats on your 500!
Thank you!!
Buy it for the Vin number only, then slap in on a built up frame, body, and so on.
Brings back memories!
Hey LuAnn!!
Rust never sleeps.
No it doesn't! Although, eventually it runs out of things to eat.
Oh boy 😳
You can say that again!!
So sad nature is taking her back. Nice car back in the day. Can't Rember last time I saw one
Looks better than I thought it would be. Very cool!
And what would be the plan if you purchase this rusted out ex beauty.

Wild guess…how much do you think this would cost to fix?
A LOT!
Looks extra crispy!
Basket Case Rust Bucket. Too much work involved.....😮
I don't think it would make a trip on a trailer.
Dark Gold Metallic ❤
Poor car. Interior looks salvageable. Now about that Trans Am!
He's a GM guy, he actually traded one of his Firechickens for the Challenger. Usually I'd say that's smart, but this is a rare case.
Its a shame, that car is totally rusted out . Just a parts car now. Does have a new exhaust manifold heat stove tube !!

Yea, she's pretty crusty, but I bet someone is willing to save her. Just take a lot of time and cubic dollars.
The initial investment is where the problem is going to be. He sees what they go for on Mecum, so he "knows" what it's worth....

It's toasty for sure. I got my old F250 for the right price so good luck.😊

👍👍
Wow...a challenge Challenger. See what I did there? 😄
Too bad ,parts car only.
It’s my least favorite Mopar, I don’t know why, just preference I guess.
I wish more people hated them. The prices wouldn't be stupid then!
I don’t hate them, just least favorite, they look so generic, compared to the cuda, like that decided to make a cheaper look alike to the cuda

That would be a awsome project!
if the price is right,
For the money and labor to restore a 318 car, your better off finding one alread restored, Thats a POS
I agree! It would be a parts cat for sure.
Looks like a fun project!!
