Looks next level that, drinking kegs at the temps they are supposed to be is a game changer! Still can’t justify buying one until my fairly new PD packs up though.
Nice video, good to see it working. The app would be better if it had the volume in Pints and not Litres, you should put that forward as an idea. Mine is going back as it’s too big to fit under my kitchen units, gutted as it looks a quality bit of kit and feels like an even sturdier build than the Philips PD. Maybe Philips will introduce a temperature adjustment on their next machine as I can see there being room for both machines. Just do the current Philips machine with the temperature adjustment hack and no apps or express cooling like the new one and I’d get that. Enjoy your beers and your new toy, cheers 🍻
in the app now you can select between pints, litres, cl and floz now. personally not worried about it sitting under the cupboards as i simply raised one of the cupboards to give it headroom lol
I keep going back and forth about buying one of these. I wonder how long it takes to cool a keg that you have just connected that hadn’t been plugged in elsewhere as I hate to be running a bbq party and have to tell everyone to go slow while we wait for the next keg to be ready. Secondly I think there is a great selection but the price feels a little high they seem to be running at about £36 for 6l that’s about 10.5 pints so about £3;50 a pint not that much cheaper than pub prices
OK firstly fella in hot weather always safer to pre chill kegs in the fridge as then ready straight away to pour. With regards the price remember you use the code on the App get 15% off you then also get 5% beer tokens ordering via PerfectDraft then when you return the keg it's another £5 so altogether depending which ones is £2.40 to £2.60 a pint and trust me the lager and cider at 1 degrees flowing in this weather
@kenlewis9557 Have a good weekend to mate always ask if any discount codes before purchasing then on course any help u meed while setting up etc.my email and telephone number is on my account details 👍
Great review guys, I do like the inclusion of a temperature control and an app for the machine, but what puts me off is the fact that Philips aren't making it anymore. Is it as good a build as the previous model? Oh, and the bloody size of it too! 😆
Have you got further Information if(and if so, when) it will be available on the continent as well? Germany in particular? Hope it will boost the whole PD thing a bit and more brewerys will jump aboard.
Yeah, looks cool, was very close to buying one-(had in my basket but just could not pull the trigger on it😂), but with a blade, pd, sub and Pinter 2 I just could see a big enough advantage right now for it. Maybe next year. Keep up the videos, cheers 👍
Just got my hands on one from a seller and it has orange light circling around the temp control any idea what this first time I set it up? Says wait 45 minutes for temp to come up in the app
Looking forward to picking one off these up when they go on sale, thanks for the videos 👍🏻
Definitely mate 😀🍺
Good review great couple 👍🏻
Thanks mate 🙂

That's a fair comment remember there's always the option of pouring and waiting.
Love your reviews btw. Keep up the good work.
Much appreciated! & Merry Christmas

Yes, soon We are told General release shortly.
To be fair, a pre chilled keg in the old machine will go down to temp right away ? Not really any different in that sense ?
Tough one this if not ipa drinker
100 same but does chill quicker if not chilled

Excellent review. I'll get one if the reviews are positive. Based on this it looks the business but I'm a little dissapointed its not made by Philips.
Yes we were amazed by this maybe Philips will come back into it after the Beta Programme

Mine does that when I first load a leg it can take a while to give you a reading it does this as well when it's updating
@@ratemybeer1 ok great should sort itself out then thanks 👍
Any idea when this will be available?
Hopefully soon into the New year I did ask yesterday but they was not sure on release date.
@@ratemybeer1 nice one keep the videos coming 👍
