Puff Pastry with candied spaghetti squash 🥧

  • Another simple and delicious dessert for a special occasion✨​
    Ingredients (for 4 or 5 people):
    - 2 rolls of puff pastry
    - 500 g of Candied spaghetti squash
    - 50 g of almonds
    - 1 egg
    - A bit of sugar
    Preparation (1 hour) :
    1. We start by placing one roll of puff pastry on a baking tray and piercing it with a fork.
    2. Then we beat an egg and brush the edges of the puff pastry.
    3. We put the candied spaghetti squash inside without reaching the edges, and cover it with the other puff pastry.
    4. We brush the top with the previously beaten egg.
    5. With a fork, we press the edges.
    6. We make a hole in the middle so the pastry can breathe, and pierce it.
    7. Next, we sprinkle chopped almonds and a bit of sugar on top.
    8. We place it in the oven with the fan setting at 160 degrees. We leave it for 20 to 30 minutes, depending on how golden you want it.
    Tip: If you don't like candied spaghetti squash, you can also fill it with cream or chocolate, whatever you prefer to enjoy!
