what is to Dislike about this beautifully simple song performed with warmth and soul My homeland and Culmore County Derry was my playground Lovely how you left the last chord unresolved.

I kind of made up the fingering and arrangement for this tune based on how it sounded from the version I heard by Cara Dillon, and adapted it to my own meager abilities . So there really are no tabs for it that I know of.

This is a lovely version of this lovely song. You are very talented. I like this more than the Bothy Band version, and I never thought I would say that. A simple, unaffected reading of a song that tears your heart out. Thank you for posting.

I really love how you sing... I heard four or five songs sung by you, and I'm just in fond of your way to sing.
    Thanks!!

Being 1/2 Scottish and 1/2 Irish and have in the past played Horne as backup with many a folk song. THIS is clean and simple.....GOOD.

Pity there isn't a Love button. This is the best I have heard, just a minstrel and his guitar.

This is such a great song - I hadn't heard it played acoustic but only what Cara Dillon did. This is really great. I would love to get the tablature to this so I could learn to play it as well. Excellent job friend.

Thanks for this. This is my favorite ballad. I loved Tommy O'Sullivan and Paddy Keenan doing this as well. The melody is a little different but both yours and theirs are excellent. Any advice on where to find chords or tab for this? Thanks again!
