Again I will say it, Whitney just used her voice far greater than any other artist. In her prime, Whitney’s voice had no weaknesses. From her lower register to her head voice--she could do any and everything she chose to do with her voice especially when she sang live. React to these two audio recordings of her singing live: I Am Changing (San Francisco 1986) and He, I Believe (Japan 1990). Just those 2 live performances solidified her as the greatest. Also you should reach to her singing One Song -even though the video is horrible, her voice comes across with so much resonance and power. Check it out.
