I get all the hate when it comes to Yngwie, but you have to understand something. He lives in the Spinal Tap metaverse. He is no different than so many pretentious egomaniacs out there, except he embraces his "greatness"- I don't think any of this is lost on him as he's gotten older. But I also think it's impossible for him to feel mortal as he's been put on a pedestal almost his entire life. In all reality the guy is harmless- I think everyone just needs to relax and enjoy the show. And by that I mean you have to look at more than just the musical performance. If you watch the video of him doing the interview at his house where he has all of those super valuable Strats just sitting in piles and piles- I think you learn to appreciate Yngwie for what he brings to the table.

Seen this lineup in Nov 2021 and they smoked. Yngwie is so easily misunderstood. His drive, focus, and desire to play his music is uncompromising.
