An old phone like SamsungGalaxyx10 definitely can't compare to the Galaxy Z fold 3 at all, but it's cool to see how much Samsing improved when it comes to multitasking.
That "I'm a growing lad" made me realize how much Arun has grown from when I first started watching him. I remember when he did his first draw my life video, it was so janky compared to the unbelievable production he has going on now. I never thought I'd be watching him do RickRolls, funny B Roll skits and what not when I started watching him. Big up man!
My Compliments on the way you present and your accent is really amazing! I am one of the ones who fits all the requirements you have listed for the FOLD 3. I will use it in conjunction with my NOTE 20 as that has now become my daily driver to use on the go. The Fold will be kept in a separate sleeve and treated most delicately as I cannot afford for it to fall if someone bumps into me or while I am doing something the phone simply falls down. .. The fold makes every other standard phone pale in comparison when one looks at that gorgeous main display. I read books, comics magazines, watch lots of youtube .... I do not envisage using it while walking but will use it when I am sitting down at a spot where no one can inconveniently bump into me and cause major damage to the phone!
@@caromrod2981 As I said. Fold 3 is,a game changer. It improves on Fold 2 by being more waterproof and being able to use the stylus. I have Fold 2 and once I used it all other phones are relegated to 2nd status. My 20 Ultra I have dropped several times and hardly any damage. I think the Fold series will take a few generations to reach that level of hardiness. So Fold will remain my luxury acquisition in the sense less usage while I will use the Note 20 ultra on a more typical rougher basis as it is very hardy.
What I love about Arun is that he's relatable both as a consumer and manufacturer , instead of roasting and complaining he gives suggestions that too in crystal clear words.

This is the only video of the fold 3 I've watched so far that brought up the negative aspects of this phone, and ironically that's what made me decide to pre-order it. I was sort of on the fence because this phone is sooo expensive, but seeing the positives and negatives clearly laid out like this made me realize that there are more good things about this phone for me than there are bad. This is the first folding smart phone that actually has me interested. I don’t know if it interests me enough to get it, but I like the improvements being made.
once we get better at hiding cameras, I hope they start hiding them in the middle. DIY Perks built a camera box popout screen that reflects a hidden camera to the center of the screen so when you call someone, you actually look at the caller. And it's a huge improvement for increasing personality and making calls actually look like the TV shows and movies. I want to try it for streaming as well. But what if we didn't need to have a huge box and two way mirror over the monitor just to pull that off?
When I went in to look at a fold 3, I was thinking the same thing; "why didn't they just take the note and model it into a folding tablet/phone hybrid?," which seems to be the direction they want to go with the fold; it just makes sense. I would honestly be interested if they made the fold a little bigger to make it feel more like a tablet and still be able to use it while folded without sacrificing screen space (my wife thinks I'm crazy 😁). With the price tag, I think I'm going to wait to see what direction they go with the fold 4.
Yes, why the do not made Fold3 like S21Ultra się Phone ... when we get right size front screen + bigger 2nd screen + Space for bigger batery + Space for pen + better cameras, .. Huawei made good sizes fold Phone! Why samsung why!
I think its because the first fold was too expensive. They've since dropped the price on the fold 3 and that is when they are starting to gain traction. If the price remain 2000 plus there is no way they will reach their goal of adoption and making it more mainstream. They're playing the long game. It's the reason why with a trade in of a relatively new phone you can get the fold 3 for under $1,000 right now with a free pair of galacy buds 2.
@Yusuke Urameshi Loving mine so far. Lots of people complain about the small thin outside screen but I like the candybar. Easier to use with one hand and I have the big screen when want it.
@aka Anmol actually, the note series was their most expensive phone until recently; the fold is now their most expensive. My wife got the S 20 when it and I got the Note 20 when they came out, and let me tell you, the note was not cheaper; it was more expensive by like $200 or $300.
I mean, if they fix the issues he's mentioned it would make a lot more sense. I just think of it as an evolution. Each fold has continued to get better. I've got a feeling the next fold is going to be near perfect.
I still think that these Samsung Foldables are targeting "0n-The-Go" Business People where cameras are a secondary thought and where carrying an S-Pen 'in their shirt pocket' is, definitely, 'not' a problem.
@@itsirish9582 I don't think they care about appealing to that many users because they know realistically the biggest blockade is the price. Maybe when the technology grows and improves and they can make it for cheaper they'll look into tactics to get the general population to adopt it. For now it's just going to be early adopters and people well off in the business world anyway.

You hit the nail on the head with the S-pen part. I was super excited to have a larger space to work with, but if I need a case and a separate pen, well now I might as well just get an actual tablet.
I've been a Galaxy Note fan for years now. I get so much use out of the large screen, S-pen and productivity features that I just can't settle for anything other than a Note. The foldable future looks awesome, but the overall package just isn't here yet. Your Galaxy Note Book idea sums up my ideal phone perfectly. Make it happen Samsung!
Sorry but going back to android since I don’t like apple and I’ve used android for like 8-10 years of my life and I’m in love with it so Buying a S10e or S10 or a S9 or S9+ or Galaxy Note 9 and giving my mom my iPhone se 2020
5:10 The "BUT" Moment, when the lights and music changed, was brilliant! Next time you do that change the shirt as well, that would be awesome! Also, such a missed opportunity by Samsung to make the "Note Fold" out of this. These companies should start using influencers like Arun to figure out some of the stuff he is talking about. Samsung please give this man a call!
"Missed opportunity" more like strategic planning My prediction is they replace the note series with the fold in 2 years. But before they can ,they need to make sure 1. It's what people want and 2. It works extremely well. meaning they're still working on the folding technology and making it dust resistant (which is to be expected by everyday use phones at that price)
The inside 4 MP camera kinda makes sense I mean if you want to take a selfie, it would probably be way more comfortable to take it while folded/ with the main camera set. I think that the inside 4 MP camera is meant for video Calls, where you probably prefer a bigger screen, and the lower resolution isn't that noticeable. Makes sense to me Edit: what is going on with all of those mia channels commenting here?
One of the best reviews in a long time. Clearly explained the pros n cons as well as the interesting and true take on Samsung just waiting for others to join the segment so they can up the ante then to hit a home run on future big release of the foldable with all the relevant short comings.

He's been doing it for a while now
That "I'm a growing lad" made me realize how much Arun has grown from when I first started watching him.
Do you like the Note 20 or you would get the Fold 3?
@@caromrod2981 As I said. Fold 3 is,a game changer. It improves on Fold 2 by being more waterproof and being able to use the stylus. I have Fold 2 and once I used it all other phones are relegated to 2nd status. My 20 Ultra I have dropped several times and hardly any damage. I think the Fold series will take a few generations to reach that level of hardiness. So Fold will remain my luxury acquisition in the sense less usage while I will use the Note 20 ultra on a more typical rougher basis as it is very hardy.

once we get better at hiding cameras, I hope they start hiding them in the middle. DIY Perks built a camera box popout screen that reflects a hidden camera to the center of the screen so when you call someone, you actually look at the caller. And it's a huge improvement for increasing personality and making calls actually look like the TV shows and movies. I want to try it for streaming as well.
@aka Anmol bro the Note has always been superior to the S...what are you even talking about?

Possibly but I feel like it's such a niche product whereas if they added the S pen it would have appealed to a wider range of users
@@itsirish9582 I don't think they care about appealing to that many users because they know realistically the biggest blockade is the price.
