Need to clean the rust before welding. This cylinder will rust even faster and explode under pressure. PK has potential but greed n shortcuts makes it less competitive with the world. Sad.

They really try to weld as best as possible. But the guy who paint ruin the product. No rust remover not cleaned with aceton or Alcohol and then paint on bare metal. Only crap what they do and they waste their time and health for this stuff. Pakistan is technological 120 years behind.
