I'm not sure what the offending clip was now... I think it was from Forces Sweetheart or Penny Points to Paradise as it certainly also featured Peter Sellers.
Unlike the usual drunk act, he played it as a drunk trying to behave as if he was sober. Most similar acts played it as a sober man pretending to be drunk.
