Yeah such is life lol, thank you though appreciate the kind words. That’s a good idea. I might have to try another longer set of front links and bend them to fit. Thank you for all the info! Really appreciate it!!
Your luck sounds like my luck I just had to do $35,000 worth of septic work. Sorry to hear about your home ailments as well. I really do enjoy watching your videos. Thank you.🤘✌️
I understand the life stuff that happens been same way for me lately. That build is sick looking man very interesting. That trans I'm pretty sure its your basic 3 gear type Axial style. Lot of those copy or off brand 3 gears you'll need to play around with probably to get nice and smooth. I would definitely recommend the D Lux trans for sure! Wish I could help ya out more on your link situation I've not had my hands on anything like that. Thanks for sharing your Rc Journey with us Rc brother
Thanks Dungeon! Yeah such is life. If I didn’t have bad luck, I wouldn’t have any luck at all 😂 The Dlux trans showed up right after I made the video and I already have it installed. It’s wayyyy better than the Injora trans. Still have an issue getting the front driveshaft to clear the front upper link. I’ll get going.
RL definitely comes first brother, I hate you have had such troubles lately hopefully things can only go up from here. Wish I could offer some insight on the link situation but I’ve not encountered that situation before, but maybe some offset angle rod ends might help. Good luck
Thank you sir, appreciate the kind words. Such is life lol. I’ll get this rig figured out. Might have to get another set of links and do some bending to see if I can get the drive shaft to clear. Thanks again!
I hate to say it but it looks to me like you would be better off with a front axle that has a center diff. That drivers side drop axle will make it fairly difficult to run the front drive shaft with the chassis being a LCG type with short front control arms. It might help you with the front upper control arm placement as well.
That’s a little unfortunate to hear but thank you for the info! I picked these axles because the kit for those type (AR45P) of axles. Do AR45P come in a center diff option? I thought those were F9 but I’m positive on that. I’ll play with it and see what I can do. Hopefully I don’t need to get another set of axles. Thanks again!
Ohh dude that sucks so sorry to hear all that shit went hay wire!! Fuck 20g so sorry my man! This looks Awsome. Is this the rhino chassis? Oh no. Gonna go check it out. Custom way to go you gonna love it. Gotta love the ruptures they my fav. Hope the axles work well! Killer move with the dlux stuff. Those links look very tough. Drill the chassis. Front links do look odd but not sure hard to see. I have some brass axle that bind the same way I can’t over tighten because of same thing I think. Budget blasted. Whew dlux fab trans. I had to bend my front links on my ar60 li is in front to make clear driveshaft.

Sorry to hear about the mishaps ! You definitely want to go with either F10 or ar45p (treal) housings yo keep your crawler narrow ! Under 9 3/8 for comps ! Then with those axles you can use behind the axle servo mount ! Feel free to contact me, I'm a sponsored crawler/driver for SR CUSTOMS ! One of the best chassis on the market for sure ! Good luck with your build !😊
Appreciate that, life happens lol You’re a sponsored team driver for SR Customs?! That’s awesome! The only thing I have to go by is the one picture of the assembled chassis on the website. When I ordered this kit it was for the AR45p axles and that’s what I have but I can’t get the links to clear the offset drive shaft. If you have the drunken redneck chassis, how did you mount your front upper links?
@@NEO-RC Hi again ! I met you at Jim's RC awhile back ! I bought a servo mount from (1 tenth rc)for the ar45p fits perfect and gives you room for the driveshaft.
@@johncusick8542 yes sir I remember, I’m terrible with names but did meet quite a few people there. I also picked a AR45p servo servo mount from 1/10 scale but it doesn’t fit the axle I have. The way the plastic is molded it just won’t fit. I’ll get another video up soon with that and the dlux fab transmission. It’s a lot closer now than in this video but still having drive shaft clearance issues. Thank you so much for the help!! Really really appreciate it.
