There is no better real estate tour host, or production, and having them combined in one channel makes for the GOAT Enes & Mikey!! I never knew I loved watching house tours until seeing your channel. Keep posting the best stuff out there, I will keep watching! Fantastic stuff...
The exact same thing happened to me. Never before interested in watching house tours, but when I stumbled across Enes' channel, I'm hooked! He's certainly the GOAT.
I've always been curious to see the interiors of hotel residences. Most luxury chains have a residential division. I hope you'll do more of these for comparison. It would help if you can show the amenities that make this choice of lifestyle unique - gym, pool, dedicated community workspaces, etc.
I really liked the setup in the primary bedroom! Sometimes when the rooms are huge I wonder if it would be like sleeping in a barn, so having that built in unit separating the bed area from the rest of the suite made it much more cozy. And I’m glad you got evening shots right around sunset; I can just imagine sitting watching the sun go down and the lights of the city come to life.
SO loved seeing the sunset / evening views. When I think of luxury urban living, I always think of looking out of large windows at the city lights at dusk / night.
I love this tour so much! I mean it had home vibes coming out of it unlike white huge boxes and the views are over the top. Thank you Enes and Mikey for showing me this and motivating me to work harder to buy a place like this in future. 🙌
Stunning apartment, great views over LA ! Not quite the views you’d get as New York but definitely stunning regardless. Great work guys, another great video, keep it up !!
Lol, how much different can penthouses be? Once you've seen one you've seen them all. Differentiating New York penthouses from penthouses elsewhere in the country is useless because they're all developed by the same developers. Ocean views, city views, it doesn't matter, a penthouse is a penthouse.
@@thebabbler8867 it's cold in New York. "Nothing to look at" and still twice as many people live there and probably attracts more tourists. Go figure 🤔
I’m Australian and so used to seeing you in the hills, I had no idea LA was so flat… not usually into angled walls but when it’s clad entirely in glass and 51 stories high… dramatic AF
I'm absolutely shared skitless of heights, yet this seems very comfortable.I know I constantly berate the costs of having to clean all the glass,(as a late teen I was responsible for a large restaurants 3/4 surrounding windows)but these look easy to access, and you do 1 side. This is such a well designed Home in the sky.Whether a small family,or a busy couple with live-in help, this has it all.
Was watching the video, when my roommate walked in and said "He looks like Matt Murdock" and I can't unsee it now. Also, the view at Dusk....literally took my breath away. Such a good tour! I love watching your videos!
The views are incredible! Such a beautiful penthouse. It's so fun to see such a variety of homes on this channel! Amazing job as always Enes and Mikey! 🎆
I'm with you Enes on the living room being the area I spend the most amount of time in and I love the idea of an open office room. I've never quite got the secluded room sheltered off for work. Having your work incorporated with the flow of your living style just feels the most optimal or fitting in my opinion.
Same. I live in a 2bed cabin in Tahoe and was going to use the 2nd br as my art studio but I IMMEDIATELY moved my drafting table out into the living room and is now basically next to my TV.
@@kbuttstadt I really like that idea ☺️ Hopefully that’s working out for you. I’m making floor plans that include more of that open concept workflow and it just feels a lot better.
Absolutely beautiful! We had the opportunity to stay as guests in one of the “penthouse” hotel suites at a siggraph convention a while back and it had the same feel! We were on the highest floor of the actual hotel.
@@EnesPlus my husband was the keynote speaker that year! We live here but they wanted us to have a room as a gift…had no idea it was a suite until we opened the door and saw LA and looked down on the Staples Center!
Weirdly enough your videos are motivating me to work really hard on my goal of one day buying for myself such a penthouse. I just can't accept that not everyone can have a luxurious life. Hope I can achieve my dream! Thank you for posting such great videos Enes!
@@bezakos3712 Same dude I want to become successful, give my parents everything they want and imma be honest I definitely want to buy a penthouse in Los Angeles, San Francisco, New York, or a house in Spain
Amazing listing again, it's like having LA beneath our feet... A paradise to live in, thanks to all the team to give us that space to admire, take care everyone 😉
We love you enes. Your amazing. I'm addicted to your videos they are so kind blowing. I only discovered recently you have another channel in Turkish which is amazing. That's actually a good idea for those who are weak in their English, your so creative. I love the houses you show all the time. I really can't wait to come LA maybe this year. I have a huge interest in LA homes.
Out of all the penthouse videos I like this one most. Specially the Interior. It really gives me the cyberpunk vibes. The Interior of the other penthouses looked more deadly.....You'er gonna feel so bore even it costs million plus dollars.
Yes, definitely continue doing more high rise tours - particularly in San Diego there are many oceanfront buildings that must have spectacular views of the bay there.
Beautiful Ritz Carlton Penthouse, The view of LA from the penthouse is awesome. I like the Junior Bedroom Suite more then the Primary bedroom suite because the bed face the window.
