you have any issues getting bolts out without breaking them that's my biggest concern

+Cliff Miles That depends which bolt you're talking about. I originally wanted to replace the whole pipe, but that didn't work out too well. However, if you have the right socket and leverage, you should be able to undo the three bolts needed to remove the stock muffler. I thought they came off with (relative) ease.

The install is very easy. It is a slip-on exhaust so it takes less than 10 minutes if you have the right tools, namely a good 10mm socket and wrench. It's surprisingly loud, and the performance of the bike is most improved by its increased acceleration.

+Cliff Miles Nice man, yes the sound is still louder than the stock even with the silencer in and it arrived from aus to Canada in 2 weeks. I wanted to avoid having too large of a muffler because it makes the cbr 125 sound more like a cruiser than a sport/touring bike. The Jre is a light carbon fibre type exhaust, roughly the same size as the stock, however much lighter and a lot more breathable. After I did the snorkel mod, the stock muffler became too inefficient and the rear chamber exploded at a high RPM leaving a small hole. I ride with the silencer out and haven't had a problem yet with the cops, but obviously the same might not be true for a cbr 250.

You're looking at $135 AUD + shipping and eBay exchange rates which cost me a bit under 200$ CAD.
