Why did they even chose to make Glynn in Trackmaster to begin with? Like at the time, only very select characters would get a Trackmaster model, and for some reason they decided to make Glynn, who was obviously never gonna look good in Trackmaster, and then they never made him in Wooden Railway or Take-n-Play. Like why? I wouldn't even care about Glynn in Trackmaster if it wasn't for the fact that for so long, it was Glynn's only piece of merchandise. Such a weird move.
They could’ve given him a motorized coach like they did for Harvey in Plarail, but unfortunately they were so dedicated to the base chassis that they had to force him to fit it.
One of my closer online friends actually bought a revolution Edward and a plarail Edward (2019) and actually fixed the wheels and has the accurate configuration, and they almost look official
There are some motorized engines that I consider average at best or just not that good, like the motorized, Kevin for instance i like this model when it came out in the digging for treasure 3 pack, but now, after looking at Huntertubes videos this model is average. No idea why on earth does he have to run find literal train tracks don't get me started on Kevin the steamy. Runaway, Stephen is all right i was excited to get him because the original version i bashed him in some buffers where I recreated the scene from the afternoon tea express his motor stopped working, and I still have that model, although the body and the tender it was a decent replacement, despite it's good wooden textures on the tender, as well as that white funnel this model could have been a bit better, but hey, at the very least, the coach is one of my favorites. Glynn is another decent model i got this model Christmas 2020. As for Oliver, despite on what people say, I still like him. I have Oliver since 2018, which came with the red Brown coaches and Annie and Clarabel and then in christmas of 2022 i got a second Oliver, just so I could improve those details to make him look better. As for the 2018 Plarail edward, while the face is really nice and pretty accurate. To be honest rheneas isn’t terrible at least his face is accurate to the large scale laughing face my only problems with him is the static coupling rods and the wrong shade of red 8/10 for me
