I am so glad you are enjoying your new job and learning lots. That's the joy of a new job,the learning and the meeting new people. I am glad I am not the only one that mixes up her days!!! Forget asking me that question if you are checking my cognition and orientation! That tip on stitching the border 9 1/2 stitches and one full one is genius I think ( in your comments) love it! As usual love your projects. You are truly astonishing how much you manage to accomplish in between videos. As for Elizabeth, well wow 😮! Drop dead gorgeous.
Elizabeth Furniss looks fantastic in that frame!! Oh, my, goodness! Beautiful job, Olivia! Wonderful video! Had to run over and download that quilt pattern! It looks amazing! Happy stitching!❤
Oh Olivia that is THE perfect frame for Elizabeth Furness!! Absolutely perfect! How beautiful! I’m a little late in commenting because I was in the hospital and am just catching up to watching my favorites….you, lol. 🩵
Your Elizabeth is beautiful. My graduation picture is in that exact frame. What ever is old is new again. Your quilts are very pretty the colors are wonderful.
I enjoyed watching your video today. The Elizabeth Furniss piece with the frame that you picked out is beautiful. Also love your four corners quilt that you finished. I love the blue in it very eye-catching.🙂
Elizabeth Furniss is PERFECT in that frame! It was made for her! So glad you are enjoying your job, it sounds like a place we have in Michigan called Blake’s Orchard! ❤
Love the frame you ordered from Hobby Lobby. it looks fantastic with your stitched piece. Love your quilt. I ordered 3 hangers in different sizes like yours. What a fantastic job it sounds like you have. Enjoy! Your summer will fly by.
Hi Olivia, I had to stop this video and go back to check that I was on the newest one! You threw me for a loop when you said the date at the beginning! But sure enough, I was in the right place! Your job sounds like an amazing place to work! I love the quilt you showed. The blue color is awesome. The quilt reminds me of a picnic in the park!
I love that cross-stitch piece his eye is on the sparrow. I wish I had the eyes to work on linen. But I have started to work on evenweave fabrics. Always love to see your finished quilts. I’ve managed to get my first machine sewed quilt done in a year and entered in our quilt show. You have been part of my inspiration. I love the reproduction fabrics.
The frame looks beautiful and your stitching is stunning love all the projects that you showed love your channel thank you for sharing with us your job sounds fun.
Hi Olivia, what an accomplishment to have Elizabeth finished and framed, it is beautiful!!! I truly appreciate and enjoy all of your stitching and quilting. It's hard for me to divide my time between these two "hobbies"! Until next time, happy stitching 🪡❌💙
Love your churn dash quilt and the Elizabeth Furniss! So pretty! Karen Combs had a great tip for counting borders. She stitches 9 half crosses and then a full cross as a rough outline and then completes them when assured the count is right and her borders are meeting. It sure makes counting easier. Happy stitching!
Such a great Quilt! and of course the X-stitch is beautiful as usual. Stitching is a workday event....quilting is day's off first thing in the AM before errand running and people in the household start asking for favours. Housework, divided over three evenings, so don't have to deal on Days Off. Once you get into a rhythm, you will figure it out. Although, Pat Sloan swears 8:30 - 9:30 is mindless quilting time :) I guess if you had pantographs for your longarm that would work. I use house work for when I am mentally exhausted and will make mistakes on stitching (counting nightmare) or piecing (always piece backwards in these moments). But it takes little focus to sweep, vacuum and clean toilets. Don't waste valuable Days Off energy on these things. Good luck on the balance thing. I used to grocery shop first thing because it was quiet, but returning with the bags seemed to energize the family's thoughts about what else they could ask of me... so now when they see me focused on quilting when they wake up, they leave me alone and I run into my neighbours at the store and am social :) later in the day.
Elizabeth Furniss is so beautiful and framed perfectly. Your WIPS are wonderful, thank you for sharing them. I love Four Corners quilt, the blue fabric is a great compliment to the pieced blocks. Take care and I hope you continue to find time in your busy schedule to stitch.
Olivia, you made a perfect frame choice for Elizabeth Furniss! The teal strip really brings out the beautiful colors in that piece. I’m glad you are enjoying your new job. It sounds like a fun place to spend the warm months ahead.
You Elizabeth Dismiss finish is perfect! That frame with the sky blue really is a fantastic find, great job! I am loving your all of your stitcing progress. Keep up you great work.🙂
The frame for Elizabeth Furniss is sheer perfection! It makes the blues/teals in the piece just pop. Now you can just sit and stare at her beauty. I adore that blue fabric in the quilt. Blue is my favorite color and that one is gorgeous. ❤
As I’ve stated before, I truly live in NoWhere, TX, so when you come to visit, it’s such a joyful occasion. Your work is breathtaking! Enjoy your job. It’s always fun to have new adventures!
The frame for Elizabeth Furniss is perfect. I know what you mean about Freddy being excited to see you. I have 2 dogs and they get really excited when I come home. Thanks for the flosstube video.
I think it's always hysterical how when we put a quilt top on the floor to take a picture of it, our dogs have to walk on it and lay down. All of my dogs do it and so does my sister's dog.
For your HRH pieces, for the borders make 9 half stitches then a full X for the 10th, continue 9x then stitch 2 halves, then go down or to the side and continue 9 series of 9 halves then 1 full X. That’s how I tackled the borders and I did the entire frame first, then when I worked the blocks I finished the border stitching 😊
That frame that you picked out for the Elizabeth furnace Spanish is absolutely stunning! Also, in the beginning of the video, I think you may have said the month of the date of the video was February.
Oh Olivia, Elizabeth Furniss is absolutely magnificent!!!! You must be so thrilled to have her on your wall! I have been slowly working on her and look forward to having her on my wall one day. Your quilt is gorgeous!! Thanks as always, Olivia and happy stitching!
You couldn’t have pick a better frame for your Elizabeth Furniss .. it is stunning !! I totally get the love for stitching houses and let’s throw in alphabets and words in general. Thanks for another enjoyable floss tube
Hi Olivia, Thank you Gor your videos. We all appreciate the time you give up for us. Awhile back you mentioned your dishwasher wasn't working. My friend had a problem with hers and called the repair man. He took a look st the motor and quests what, the soap pod packets were in the motor. He told my friend not to use them, to use a powder, not liquid instead. My friend said, the pods were recommended. He said guess what, they want to sell new machines. I am now using a seam ripper to open the pods until they are gone. I hope this helps you. Thank you again for your time, Elizabeth
Hi Olivia!! Elizabeth looks spectacular in that frame, what a great choice!! I love everything that you’re working on. Have a fabulous two weeks and take care! ❤
Your Elizabeth Furness frame is perfect! Great choice! Glad you are enjoying the job even if it is tiring. There's nothing worse than having a work day that drags.

What a perfect frame for Elizabeth. She is beautiful!!! I really appreciate that you tell us you have to fudge from time to time. Your stitching is fantastic. I really enjoy your videos. Thank you so much for sharing your work.
Hey Olivia I found after struggling on my live on Little that it went much faster and less stressful when I stitched the mortar first, put in the windows and then pulled one color and filled the bricks and then did another.
Perfect frame for Elizabeth...it's stunning! And you managed to sew a quilt while working full time. Yay for you! Glad you are enjoying your new job. I predict a finish of First Winds of Autumn in your near future...it's so lovely and just so "you".
Your fully finish was beautiful and that frame was really perfect! April is the best to deal with. I have purchased many boards from her. She is very kind and just a lovely person overall.❤
Last year I finished Christmas Garden and put my moms family's female names on it for my daughter and i want to Heaven and Nature sing for my son with my dads family males names on it. I chose that because it has a more male theme.
Elizabeth Furness is beautiful in that frame! ❤. I’m currently stitching Plum Street’s Stripes…big red house and a lot of stitches. Love the new quilt.
Congratulations on your job!! The frame you chose for Elizabeth Furniss is perfection. It compliments the colors in the piece beautifully. Thanks for another wonderful video!! Take care.

I love the frame you picked out. I glad your first two weeks went well and Freddie will always be happy when you get home from work. Love the new quilt and can’t wait for it to go up on the wall although I will miss one of my favorites that you rotate. Loved the show ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
Perfect frame for Elizabeth! Absolutely beautiful! I would love to see how you’ve decorated the other room with your stitchy finishes, based on your selection of fabrics, frames and beautiful stitching, I imagine that room is stunning.
I love the frame you picked out for Elizabeth Furniss. I just learned how difficult it is to find the perfect frame. I just sent my first piece to the framers and boy was it a sticker shock. I've been collecting frames but I've got to learn how to do mitered corners. Do you cut your own matboard, lace and then take your piece to get measured for the frame? Your new job sounds fun.
Oh my I think you picked a gorgeous frame for Elizabeth. It compliments you stitching beautifully. Excellent choice Olivia. What are the velcro strips for on the back? I've never seen that before. I'm happy you like your new job. The place you work at sounds wonderful.
Beautiful frame for Elizabeth. It is perfect. The quilt top looks great. I love the colors. Let’s face it, I love everything you create. Thank you for sharing.
I will often use wrapping paper instead of butcher paper on my backs (sometimes recycled from gifts because I just can’t throw that thoughtfulness away). Always brings me a smile when I take them down, usually to clean my wall. I tend to not change out seasonally.
That frame is PERFECT... Wow... I am so inspired by your stitching. Thankyou for sharing
Wowwowwow!!! Elizabeth is BEAUTIFUL!
