- In this car review, I look at the 2012 Audi A6 Premium Sedan and take it for a test drive. This is the 3.0L Supercharged Quattro model. It produces 310hp, 325lbs-ft of torque, and runs a 0-60 in 5.2 seconds. Lets see if this luxury car can double as a driver's car!

The steering is an audi feature called invisible steering it's spossed to feel like that. It's one of my biggest reasons why I love audis its so good.
2012 was basically same design as the late 2000’s but minor trim. Headlights, taillights, some interior both design and technology. 2012 added Google Maps overlay for navigation.........(subscription required). But you can overlay the navigation display on the main instrument panel cluster between the tachometer and speedometer. I personally prefer the four spoke steering wheel. Unfortunately being in North Central Texas I probably won’t get a chance to test the Quattro except for ice and rain. I would actually have to drive to Kansas or Missouri in the winter for the nearest chance of full on snow.

One question I have is that the one I test drove, the back up camera was very pixelated. Not sure if that was a one off or not

Auto enthusiast,,,,,,,How does the tan interior hold up in New England winters? I am originally from Maine but was born inMass,
I have gotten to grow fond of black interior yes even in Texas. I like the Blues, Grey’s and SIlver for exterior but becoming pretty much insist on black inside. I was very skeptical of Leather at first but now that I have had a few it is becoming pretty nice. Fairly easy to clean, and at least the vehicles I have had the leather works good. I just got a 2012 A6 Premium Plus with Grey and Black interior. Mine doesn’t have the COld weather package so even though I have heated front seats I lose the heated steering wheel. I can see you put nice fresh clothes on for the video but does the tan inside hold up for everyday use?
For those of you thinking I do get my moneys worth out of the heated seats and heated steering wheel,,,yes even in the North Texas Winters. We don’t get the snow but have the cold, ice etc......
Have you done a medium-long length road trip? How is the comfort and highway fuel economy for road trips. Thinking of taking the Quattro to Virginia in December.....Keep the miles and wear of my Explorer but still have the security of Quattro for any snow, either forecast or not.
This is not the same as a 2009. They changed the whole appearance in 2012

whereabouts in new England are you from? did you take the audi through some snow? i'm thinking about getting one of these. wanted something fun, optioned and good in snow. just sold my mustang, sadly. just couldn't cut it most of the year living in Vermont.
