You absolutely found the issue with the Chicken Big Mac. Its just a Big Mac but with the McChicken patties instead.
The Big Mac sauce does not pair well with chicken and yeah i agree, you can't taste the cheese.
That item would have more success if the Big Mac name was dropped and turned into a Double McChicken instead.
As for the McWrap in the Happy Meal its actually called the Snack Wrap and once again you found the error!
Ever since they switched to wholegrain tortillas, the wraps in Canada have that dry tortilla feel to it, they were so much better when they still used flour tortillas.
And we even used to have breakfast wraps before the switchover to wholegrain tortilla and i miss those breakfast wraps so much.

They were stand alone items that weren't available in a kid's meal though. I believe they had ranch and bbq and you could get either crispy chicken or grilled. Unfortunately, they dropped those items a few years ago. For a while, you could still get them even though they were officially off the menu while McDonald's still had the chicken tenders. But once they got rid of the chicken tenders, they were officially gone.
