What a great video and I personally do not like Jack/Jill bathrooms because you might forget to lock the other door. Actually how does that work? 🤣 Anyway, that last house was AMAZING!! All it needed was a pool.😁

I think jack and jill bathrooms are good for kids. But I really dislike only showers in the master bathrooms. I need my comfort 😄.

As far as standard builders, not that I’m aware of .However, we do have a custom homebuilder that we deal with that builds homes and prices ranging anywhere from 200K all the way up to the multi million dollar homes. I know they also specialize in doing things like that so that might be an option

Lived in San Antonio all my life. Used to be a descent place to live. Then everyone started moving here and buying up all the single family homes. Making housing prices skyrocket. Traffic is a nightmare now. Fiesta and downtown have become too unsafe to take your family. Way too little law enforcement. Two or more shootings per day. Soon as I can I am getting out of here before the water runs out

I can't find a single lie in your comment. I moved here after I left the Air Force because San Antonio was and is still safer than where I'm from but damn if it's not getting worse and even over here on the Southwest side the traffic is becoming ridiculous. It used to be you'd pass 151 south and the traffic would clear. It's not always like that anymore and all these road improvements are too little too late

No , those are just the model homes that they staged! When they sell off Model homes they will usually sell off the furniture with it for a pretty low price .

Yes we definitely help with land and lot purchases. There are so many sales that happen everywhere and plenty of neighborhoods where you can purchase your own lot and build a home. If you want land you will likely have to look towards the outskirts of the city in all directions. Hope this helps, and thanks for the support !
