If you're tryhard, they're literally a free jetpack the also lets you carry 2 handed items. As long as you expect them lifting you up, you can hold W to tilt forward and stay close to the ground, but it's definitely more funny to be forced to fly. There just needs to be a mod that plays "Free Fallin'" when they drop you.
Honestly, 8:16 was such a good atmospheric sequence. It was just a perfect mix of the other guys' scared noises in the distance and NL trying to escape his sealed fate
