- Опубликовано: 21 сен 2024
- The Breath of the Wild in Minecraft project finally approaches it's end as we finish up the Akkala region alongside Eldin. We start with Akkala Citadel and move north past Tarrey Town, finishing the tech lab and Zonai labyrinth. We then approach Eldin from the south, working our way towards Goron City and Vah Rudania, the final Divine Beast of the project.

The project is almost over! Which part of the map will you explore first?
I have been waiting for this since the first episode. and it looks amazing worth the wait and i cant wait what the hyrule castle will look like.
hell yeah I can't wait!! I'm gonna visit the places like a regular BotW playthrough, from the Great plateau to Kakariko village to zora's domain etc.
Btw is it planned to have NPCs and mods to recreate the gameplay from BotW? that'd be insane (and also legally risky lol)
I wanna do a full playthrough just like you would in botw hitting all the divine beast locations. I can't remeber do the divine beasts all function like a dungeon? Or are they for looks
Faron grasslands
I decided to check my subscriptions and see if there was anything new and when I saw this I for real fell out of my chair and I was mid sip of a drink. Started coughing mad crazy and had to clean up my floor bro. Can't wait for the video
2.5 YEARS? 😳
Damn time really flies. I remember finding your channel when the first episode was still quite fresh, I think you had like 4k subs back then. Crazy to see how far this project has come by now. I can't wait for the final😍
Omg I just realised he’s on 200k, I swear 50k was yesterday
@@bobosaurus331same for me guys XD I remember finding his first botw video 2 weeks after it came out
@@J.Lassalle same here lmao
Lmao @@Penrosiansame here
2.5 years is actually crazy
I absolutely love the plume of smoke on death mountain. You should definitely keep it, or at least just rework it if you still aren’t a fan.
yes keep it!
Agreed!
Yeah it looks really cool!
I love the pallete he used, I think a slight rework to make it come out horizontally a bit further and maybe tone down the highlights at the base would do it well
I saw a dude that is going to make all of the items for your map... I thing his name was @ryanyeet2010
Grazzy at the start: I want this to be survival friendly, so I dont really want to use netherite for my terraforming
Grazzy now: Lets use netherite for the monster camps, why not?
He also added spawners in the divine beast(forgot the name)
If mods were used to replicate death mountain’s constant fire it might actually be progression friendly
@@me_when_asd howzieky could do that
Deepslate/blackstone would be better pls
@@me_when_asddon’t forget that you need fire prot 2 to survive the heat
Don’t forget to go through and paint biomes on the water so that it matches up with BOTW. The water in Eldon is a lighter blue, which is more like the warm ocean biome compared to what it is now. Otherwise, this is an incredible project, and my mind is blown every episode. Awesome work!
completely agree
It’s poetic how it started with the plateau and then the areas around and containing the Divine Beats and lastly closing in from all around Hyrule Castle. Just like in the game you get all the Divine Beasts and they help attack Ganon head on
Divine Beats sounds like an awesome band name
@@darksamrai250 Damn your right. Hold up; making a Christian Synth-Rock band called Divine Beats
In order to make korok forest accurate, you should put 100 lag machines underneath of it 😂
😂 true
One final mega episode: PLACING EVERY KOROK IN THEIR CORRESPONDING LOCATION!!!
Edit: Aight it's at 900 likes. Leave it, don't mess it up.
Re-edit: ALRIGHT OWN UP! WHO’S FAULT WAS IT!?
Oooh that’s evil
Yes
so many armor stands…..
Lol that's going to be hard. Since there are FRIGGIN 900 OF THEM! HOLY S***!
LETS FREAKING GO
You go way too hard on these honestly
Like, I doubt anyone ever thought you’d go THAT HARD on the goddamn smoke clouds, yet you went the extra mile and made the coolest looking volcano I’ve ever seen in this game
I swear if you try that hard with the malice clouds along hyrule castle I will loose it
As someone who has been following along with this journey since the upload of the very first video in the series, I'm so happy that this massive project is almost complete. I'll definitely be sticking around after it's done, too.
LET'S GOOO what you've done with Death Mountain is amazing. It's crazy how close we're getting to the end!
HOWZIEKY W
Hello good sir, your videos are amazing, we need more !
No pressure though :)
?
Wait this video came out 4 hours ago…. How are you here since 11 hours ago
( just realized this was live)
are you still doing a data pack for this?
I can't wait to run around the woods, getting lost in nothing but me briefs with a skeletal arm in my hand, scuttling over rocks and splashing in ponds to grab and eat fish, then take a rest under someone's house.
I love subscribing to Big Project RUclipsrs. I will never meet you or talk to you directly but for a little while every time you upload, you'll take me on the next step of your weird journey. Years will pass and I will be able to fully appreciate it when the journey is finished. It's so satisfying.
Another one of these “Big Project RUclipsrs” is Colin Furze. Man’s digging a bunker, garage, and tunnel system below his house.
No FREAKING way it's been 2.5 years. I still remember watching that first episode a couple days after it released and getting so hyped for the day that I would see this map's completion. I'm so proud of how far you've come in both your building and terraforming skills and your confidence, and am honored to have been with you every step of the way. I honestly can't tell you how much it means to me that you didn't give up on this massive, but beautiful and inspiring project. Thank you, and good luck on the final leg of this marathon!!
Video hasn't premiered yet but I'm very excited for the 10 minute section where Grazzy talks about how horrible it was building Vah Rudania at a weird angle (because it will definitely be in there)
Bro sensed a disturbance in the force with that one 💀
I can’t wait!
YOOO the gangs all here
nooo fucking way
bro knew
I just wanna say thanks. I've always been afraid of starting large passion projects because of all the effort and commitment they require. But this series has inspired me to think that maybe I will enjoy working on one! I will miss watching these but being so close to the ending has me excited. Can't wait for the finale :D
Me too
bro i can not tell you how hyped i am for this holy crap
I just wanna say, I've been here since day one. For the great plateau, Zora's domain, the gerudo cliffs, gricken, the dinosaurs, the hair growth and everything else. It's hard to believe just how long it's been, it feels lt was yesterday that it started. It's just as impressive admirable entertaining and awe inspiring as the start. I'm almost apprehensive to see the end, but at the same time i look forward to it. It feels so nostalgic seeing it come this far and thinking back to everything. Just want you to know that I'm also gonna stay till the end. It's been so beautiful the whole time. I look forward to the end grazzy. Thanks for making this series.
Idea: use nether portal and go to a basalt delta to get the particles for the fog in korok forest. And it will allow for more room to fit the actual korok city in. And you could maybe use realistic portals so it’s more seamless.
Keep up the good work. It looks so good and I can’t wait to play it.
I believe that you can just change the biome on the surface with the world edit mod, I have not tested it myself tho
/fillbiome
I don't think that that would work, because we need to be able to place water for that lake in the southwest of the forest, but I imagine Grazzy will try something like this.
@@Horltum I did not think about that
I love how you're able to find when stuff doesn't work and why it doesn't work like at 12:00 with the top of the volcano for example, like it always ends up looking much better with your final choice and that's a really solid quality, being able to hold this kind of quality standard throughout the whole map. Props to all you've accomplished on this map and gl on the final stretch!
The smoke on top of Death Mountain is amazing! Please keep it as it is you don't need to spend some more time on something you got perfectly
I don't like the lava being in it
I was already super excited when I saw your upload and literally ONE SECOND into the video you show us this gorgeous erupting death mountain and it immediately took my breath away... I knew I was in for a treat and I have paused so many times in this video to appreciate the details, and despite the creative limitations of minecraft everything ended up pretty spot on!! Impressive work on the terrain as usual, and everyone has done a great job of bringing the divine beast to life. Been following this series since day 1, and every upload felt like opening a Christmas present... This is one of, if not the best zelda/minecraft content on youtube right now!!
Last night I was thinking, no joke "Its been so long since he's done the Tabantha region, when is he doing the Eldin region."
Literally what I thought as well a few days ago, I was curious if he's uploaded and I missed it, but nope! It's here, today!
SAME BRO I THOUGHT THAT 2 DAYS AGO
I genuinely believe you should charge for the final map. So much work over such a long time period. 99.9% of people would have burnt out ages ago, but you kept going.
I agree with you but I don’t think he can do that all thanks to a certain company
@@Cat_gamer9000 I'm not even sure if he can do it for free. Copyright is weird in Japan.
@@Mo__GaI don’t think they could copyright strike a Minecraft map as long as he’s not charging anything for it
@@thepsychicmegalodon1465 Countless fan games have been taken down by Nintendo in the past. It's mostly Mario stuff. But anything that resembles their IP in the slightest can be a problem. Most of the time this only happens when there's major hype for a project. But a month ago or something like that they took down Garry's Mod Workshop content, some of that stuff has been there for over a decade. You never know with Nintendo.
Determined one, he is.
It is kind of insane how long it has been and amazing how you have kept with this project through the years. I remember seeing the first video on the great platau and thinking that there is no way you would do it all but I'm so glad that you are and so happy for you that it is almost done.
Oh my god, Rudania looks SICK!!!! I love the plume of smoke coming out of the volcano, definitely keep it!! Eldin looks so phenomenal, your work is insane!!!
I remember finding the first episode of this 2 years ago, I’ve been subscribed and eagerly awaiting every episode since episode 2. Congrats on this man sticking with this is incredible and I can’t wait to see the end
It’s the year 2050: ”I build the entire Map of Elden Ring in Minecraft“
My jaw hit the floor 24:51 panning up wow😮 The smoke or some variant has to be there, it looks epic! I can’t believe how far into this you’ve made it 🤯
This map is the first 1-1 scale map I have ever seen that is actually perfect accurate great job! Through the hard work at Least it was worth it bc the best part will be all reactions and love from all of the fans
Vah Rudania looks fire 🔥
literally
Pun intended ?
I know that this video is out for a long time now, but the three months that i've been waiting for the Hyrule Castle build are going very slowly since you haven't uploaded yet. I would love to see the next episode and the finished product. But i guess you're probably busy with building Hyrule Castle while i'm typing this. I really love this and the journey that we've seen throughout this series.
You and your friends’ dedication is unmatched. What a bittersweet episode
So excited to see this project done! It’s really been such an incredible journey for you and the team and I can’t wait to see it in its full glory 🤩
I have always wanted to build the Divine Beasts in Minecraft especially Rudania. but I could never figure out how to best go about it so I am so happy to see you have made them and it’s perfect as well! I’m just so impressed like a big big big big WOW! ❤️
Really insane that this mammoth of a project is almost over. Keep the smoke, I think it adds a lot to death mountain and it honestly doesn't look bad. Can't wait for the finale!
1:12 has special significance to me bc that 'almost completely destroyed' bridge was one I made at about 2x scale of the vid in a friend's realm! always in awe of this project ❤️❤️
I cannot believe it's been two and a half years since this project began! What am I going to do when it's over?! This has been all I am looking forward to for so long!
Watch his inevitable building totk in Minecraft videos.
Imagine a giant hungergames tournament on the entire map with like 100+ players
friiiii
All of this talk of Elden Elden Elden made me realize what your next large scale project should be: Elden Ring’s map.
Your work on BotW’s map has been amazing, and the only other person who I could see even possibly having the sheer skill to pull off Elden Ring’s map is Trixyblox, maybe you two could even team up for it.
It’s crazy to think about how long this series has been going on, and how long many of us have been following it. So the fact that it’s almost over is.. Frightening. However, I’m overjoyed that this huge project is almost off your shoulders, and soon to be free for everyone to explore. Thank you for giving me and the rest of us such a great series of content to anticipate for such a long time :)
You ever think about how Zelda 1 takes place entirely in the Akkala/south Eldin region? The twin takes where Level 1 is located probably becomes Terry Town Island, too
well the map also completely changes between the games too
the only consistantcy i see in the maps is death mountain is usually right above lanayru map wise
The amount of time and effort you guys have been putting into this server is so amazing. The dedication is awe inspiring. Can't believe y'all are so close to being done. Time sure flies when you have such a massive passion project!!!
This is probably the most impressive Minecraft project ever
this is an incredible project to be sure but oldheads remember the LOTR in minecraft -30k by 30k blocks over 9 years (along with many other insane maps and projects) personally i prefer grazzy's BOTW but there is a history!
when the 1st episode aired i had no clue what Omori was, Sonic Origins was recently realeased, and Sonic Fromteirs was brand new. I had none of these games. Now I have played Omori, Sonic Origins, and sonic fronteirs. I have been here this whole time. I also finally got a Pc so i can download this mad as soon as its done. Thank you, for your work on this map. You are a legend.
It's so cool seeing this get close to done!
Anyway, I wonder if he'd update it for TotK? Probably not, the depths would be painfully long to build
Knowing him he’ll make an entirely separate map.
i Want to see in the Next episode, the work on the "oumbra Ruins" that Forest in total darkness, with toviak shrine.
my recommendation, its to use, the Darkness effect, from the ancient city, and all the Sculk atmosphere.
And maybe XD a Warden instead of the hinox >:3 to make it more Fun.
NOOOO THATS MY FAVORITE PART OF THE GAAAAAME D:<
i dont wanna warden D:<
but ye that would be fun :3
@@Bushwhack-lmao_xD yeah xD Maybe the Warden its too much

I can’t believe this amazing journey is almost over. I’ve had fun watching all of this. This is basically my ASMR.
ITS FINALLY HERE
The dedication to this project is insane man! I´ve been here since the start and hands down this is the greatest minecraft map of all time! Keep going man, you're almost done!
bro forgot about his data pack for the sky island leaves
I tried to tell him, but he wanted this to be "vanilla" and keep his "integrity", whatever that means /s
@@Howzieky Purist bastard...
i agree. The more vanilla a map is, the more interested i am (and the cooler it is imo) i do like the shaders tho
I'm a French viewer and I think this video was the best Minecraft video I've ever seen in my entire life ! It's my 2 favorite games combine in one video, the explanation and description was great and I'm waiting for the last part of this fabulous series ! Great job @Grazzy I subscribed !
It’s over ganon, because…
We Have the High Ground.
I watched this series since the first episode came out two and a half years ago - the progress made on this project is insane. Congratulations on almost completing it!
I can somewhat relate to a lot of what has been said during this video, about the weird feelings coming with nearing the end of the project...
In early 2020, I finished my own Minecraft recreation project, being the entirety of Pokémon Diamond, playable thanks to Pixelmon...
It certainly wasn't as big of a project than this is, especially considering that I did it entirely on my own, but it still took about 1 year and a half and close to 900 hours of work in total (with an extra 200 hours for a complete english translation and improvements later on)...
And yeah, when I got to the last bits of it, with the post ligue island and stuff, it definitely felt the same... Both extremely relieving, but also bittersweet and almost daunting at time, as if it was about to leave a hole in my life...
But yeah, all of this to say, congrats on this journey, and I can't wait to see how it all turns out!
Eldin will always be my favorite region. I love Death Mountain, I love Vah Rudaniah, I love the scale. What you’ve done with it in Minecraft looks amazing, and it makes me appreciate the area more. Keep up the good work!
It's crazy the think you've been going for 2.5 years. If you had asked me, I would'e guessed the project had gone for about 1.5 years max. It's looking incredible
oh man, i've been here since day 1 and seeing the map for today just sent chills down my spine!!
OH. MY. LORD. THIS BUILT WAS AMAZING!!!!!!!! How you managed to make Rudania balance on Death Mountain was incredible and that ploom of smoke is INCREDIBLE
i cannot BELIEVE it’s been 2 years. i’m excited to explore this map when you and your team are done! i appreciate your work!
bro.. seeing this video release made me flood with tears of joy
Thank you so very much for all your work and time into this, this is one of the most amazing projects I have followed in my life and I cannot even begin to believe it is almost over.
Lava government: How many lava buckets do you need!?
Grazzy: yes
You better make people pay to get the map when it's done. We will all happily buy it because you deserve so much more credit for this project. I've been following this series from the very beggining and at every new episode i'm even more shocked about your determination and courage. Keep it up man, we believe in you
I have been watching this incredible project from day one and I can't believe the project is almost over! And has it really been 2 and a half years already?! It seems like last week when I curiously clicked on the first video. I'm so glad you've stuck with the project till the end. I will be eagerly awaiting the next episode. The Eldin Region looks fantastic! Keep up the good work Grazzy!
Thats actually crazy, i remember watching the first episode right when it came out and now here you are 2.5 years later still going!
Been here since Episode 1, can't believe it's almost done! Y'all are crushing it! Can't wait for the world download so I can explore it all.
This is one of the most amazing builds I have EVER seen I am so excited to see what you do for Central Hyrule, all these areas are SO gorgeous everyone did such a good job.
you HAVE to keep the smoke!! it looks so intimidating from a far and makes death mountain feel GINORMOUS
2.5 YEARS? Time flies holy. I think I found your channel when you had a little over 1 or 2 thousand subs. This project is amazing.
Time really flies
Even though I only began watching your videos a few months back when I was bedridden after getting my wisdom teeth removed
I have enjoyed every second watching them :)
WOW I can’t believe it’s almost done!!!! I’ve been watching this build from the start a few years ago and I am sitting here cheering for you and everyone involved in making this. Each of these videos always blows me away. Also, the smoke above death mountain looks amazing!!! I’m gonna miss watching this series after the next video, but can’t wait to explore the map myself 🤩
I can't believe it's been 2 years. I remember watching the first ever region you guys built. That's crazy. I'm so excited for the map!
I will gladly pay to play this map once youre finished. This is an absolute legendary feat of precision and dedication. Holy cow dude...
Its been crazy to be watching this project since i was 16, ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE JOB! KEEP IT UP! So excited to play on this map!
hahaha same
I think the issue you’re having with the plume is the disconnect between the magma blocks and stained glass. They’re *extremely* different, especially at a distance. You could maybe try stained glass with either shroomlights, redstone lamps, or magma blocks a few layers beneath.
Besides that, I’m blown away by this build. Like holy crap, man. This map needs to go into a museum once it’s done.
i was impressed with how you designed the guardian, the fire effect on the feet sold me 100/10
I cant believe its been two and a half years! I still remember watching the first video the day it came out. everything is so amazing, especially the attention to detail!
This is SO AMAZING. Bro you inspire me. I’m so hyped for the finale.
Can’t believe I almost missed this! Glad to see it’s almost done. Been supporting for almost the whole series, and I just can’t wait to finally see the fully completed map.
I've been watching this since ep 2 in the series, and its been amazing to watch! Now time to build all of LoTRs in Minecraft >:D
I've been following along since the great plateau and didn't even realize how long it's been. Watching has genuinely felt like rediscovering botw again, and I can't wait for the world download.
This is just incredible. Grazzy deserves 10Mil.
Probably my favorite minecraft seties on RUclips. Been following this since the second episode and it's crazy to see how far it has cone.

Once the final video is released, my friends and I have been watching since the beginning, we will be binging all videos from start to finish like a movie. Thank you for making this amazing project!
Yo, I haven't realized yet, but ggs for 200k ! Two and a half year is crazy, and seeing you pass from a lil bit over 4k to that big of a number is so cool !
You're awesome and you deserve it ! :D
My highest respect for this insane mega project. You and your team have clearly shown dedication and patience. And that with the help of creative mode. Don't think I want to talk it bad, this isn't my intention. Since even with creative, this is still an insane task. I can't wait to see the final result.
The amount of hard work and dedication that goes into this project is absolutely amazing. I am blown away by how great this is turning out.
I remember finding the first video when it was fairly new and being like ‘I hope he ends up finishing the project’. Now here we are 2 years later almost done. I can’t wait to see the finished product. ❤❤
I remember watching your first video in this project and I can’t tell you how much I’m impressed by how far you come, can’t wait for the last episode ❤
Insane work. I can't wait to go through this!
I've been working on a game for almost 9 years of my life and I can definitely understand what you mean by feeling almost saddened that the project is nearly finished. When something takes up so much of your time for so long and then it's suddenly done, I'm sure it's going to be a bit of a hole that needs to be filled. I've thought of it almost as if you're letting your child, who has all grown up, move out of the house. Must feel strange.
I loved this entire series, I'm so impressed by what you've done... Can't wait for the final episode.
I love not only how hard you’ve worked on this, but also the community you’ve built. From things like Gricken and chubnox to stuff like Grustin, you’ve built a hilarious and amazing community. Thank you so much for all you’ve done!
I can't believe this project is nearing it's end, really looking forward to the final product.
8:37 “but there was still a major obstacle between me and the finale, Eldon region. *STARTING WI-“*
I can't wait, thank you for the hard work! So excited to explore this, it looks amazing so far!
the fire on the feet is a huge touch, looks stunning
i love the shift to making the video more structured and story driven.
Man the stuff in the episode looks amazing, great job with Death Mountain my dude, ya made it like a true Goron Master, goro.
Only 1 more zone to go, next up we take the build straight to Ganon and end this long built adventure
Crazy this project is almost over, one of the most impressive things I’ve seen in Minecraft
