Beautiful home, really cool floorplan. Only thing I would change is add an opening window above the tub in the master bath and commode room, add an opening transom in the main bath; white trim where you see the brown. That backsplash in the kitchen is awesome, would want opening windows in the kitchen and a patio door in the dinette; drawers over doors in the cabinets. Perimeter heating also needed, in the master bedroom my bed and dresser would go over both vents. Love the size of this spacious home! Thanks for the tour!
I like this home Alot. I would take out the first sink in guest bathroom and add floor to ceiling cupboards/closet for toiletries and linens. I love the den and the bedrooms are a wonderful size also. Oh yeah! And that price was a shocker! So much home for that price! Very awesome! Thanks Nate!
I enjoy watching your videos but I would like to see more of where the outlets are. As I watch these I try to put my furniture in there to see if it would all fit. Looking at the outlets makes it easier for me to find the right spots for things. They have a outlet in the utility room for a freezer but not one that could be used for an electric litter box. When you have pets you have to include their furniture also. An electric recliner...which plug could use for that...and where would you keep your trash can? It's the lil things
Not bad, but if they are going to go with floor vents, then they really need to look at the placement of furniture and traffic patterns. For example, the vents in the master are located where a bed and dresser would likely be placed. In the laundry and one of the bedrooms, it was near the door. In addition, there was very little storage (linen and coat closets) and missed opportunity in the pantry. You do a good job of presenting these homes, Nate. It's just the manufacturers really need to start thinking about how the homes would be used practically by real people.
I like most of the home but really dislike the dark trim. If that were the only option (I'm sure it's not) I'd walk away. I would love to see is with a much lighter ash wood trim or a very light wood.
There's a lot I like and some things I don't. The kitchen is lovely, the internal doors and the general layout. I don't like the black trim I'd prefer white and a nicer coving and skirting boards. I wouldn't have a bath and I'd like a bigger window in the bathroom. But the price is good.
Great home, no tub in Mb. Shower only in guest bath, and a another stack of drawers in kitchen. Great floor plan!

The closet in the bathroom is a good idea. Good price for 1980 square feet.
Clothes will be stank & molded
This is a lovely home!

Brother I just jumped on here and see the Primary bedroom vents and it's stupid where they had placed them.
Beautiful home, just add a proper foyer and sliding glass doors in the kitchen...

Even at 150k that price is the best yet.

Nice
No fireplace or statement walls😢
Nice can I get this delivered to Virginia
I would think so, it's built not far from there, in TN.
What kind of flooring does this home have?
Carpet in bedrooms and linoleum in the rest of the home
Just needs a fireplace, otherwise it's perfect.
dont like where they put the air vents
That is a lot of home for 150k.
Stupid placement for floor vents in the master
