They think it's an overabout.
I think the reasoning was that Olivia needed to get in front, since the other driver should have waited, and the only way to do that was to drive over the roundabout.
Sorry, Elissa, but while your clips did feature other drivers that were a mild inconvenience, you’re also aggressive and seem to enjoy accelerating into things to make them worse. Slow down a bit. Those mild annoyances won’t be annoying at all then.
Didn't see her "accelerating" into anything; too late on the brakes though. Wouldn't consider some of the careless driving of those featured in her clips as "mild inconveniences" either.
@@cchj768 did you watch the clip of her not braking till the last moment, then blasting the horn instead of just simply lifting off the throttle slightly? Or perhaps just waiting patiently behind the person who was pulling into the lay by, instead of getting close and then blasting the horn before swerving around them? Or did I completely imagine those clips?

I suppose you watched the same clip of a car almost coming to a dead stop in the middle of a country road near blind bends? Or another car passing a parked car without checking first whether it was safe to do so?
Of course Elissa could have driven better / more defensively, but why are you giving the other cars in the clips a free pass for their obviously bad driving?

Well done Olivia, the other car was on the roundabout before you, typical "give way to the right" brigade who don't understand that if a car is already on the roundabout you don't launch your vehicle at them.
.....& you're supposed to go 'around' them, not over the top!
So many don't understand that if a vehicle to your left has already gone over the giveway marker and on the roundabout, they are on the junction, therefore to your right! The 1st roundabout I have from work, hgv driver, I can only see about 20 foot of the road to my right! In a truck that takes forever just to get to 20mph (6 seconds) it can be a difficult roundabout as most drivers don't approach with due care and be prepared to stop!
Something tells me Elissa is a fucking menace on the road…
Olivia Z, not sending just one clip but 2 clips in of her clearly not understanding how roundabouts work. Both tines, she clearly didnt give way to the righr, the first clip the other car was hallway across the roundabout before she entered. The second clip, she cut up the other car, because it was clearly on the roundabout before her. Think olivia Z needs to go to specsavers
2:15 zero attempt to slow down in advance, and anyway beeping the car directly in front was pointless when it likely wasn't their fault. They probably wanted to speed up and get away but were prevented from doing so by the car in front of them.
Maybe that's who the horn was meant for ??

No you’re wrong. Once you install a dashcam in your car, it causes the middle pedal to mysteriously malfunction hence why you rarely see it being used
I used to find these type of clips interesting 10 years back as they were few and far between - now the standard of driving out there is so low that people even send their clips in when they are clearly in wrong but don't even know it! What a mess our roads have become & I say that as a regular driver all over the UK.

To be honest, no one seems to give a flying fig about their bad driving and its a sad indictment of the state of our country at the moment - and it can only get worse sadly.
If you're forced to walk down a pitch black road at night, find some hi Viz stuff off a cone or sign or something.
Always walk facing traffic too, if there are no footpaths.

The state of some of these clips. I'd suggest some of them should be sent to the police, but even they would struggle to make out approximate shapes of objects, never mind number plates.

Why do so many people who've made a mistake insist on following through instead of pulling back or breaking? That Range Rover in the second clip for example.
I agree, but, Hannah shouldn’t have been undertaking.
Also of note, all the cars in lane 3 were slow and it looks like the Range Rover was also moving into the middle lane to undertake them.
Without the full video we can’t tell the reason why the 3rd lane was slow but if there were no restrictions it could have been a vehicle hogging the 3rd lane and holding traffic up.
Impatience rules. Nobody is prepared to slow down.

@@arti8455 Doesn't really matter, you're still not supposed to undertake when you're going almost 60mph. Maybe in heavy, slow moving traffic. But that was pretty standard motorway speed.

5:02 I cannot fathom how people can't think ahead. If you're turning left, don't be in the right lane. If you're turning right, don't be in the left lane, no matter what the road markings might suggest. Adjust your lanes as you get nearer to your exit, so you're in the left lane just before you exit.
If you're turning right 3 exits away, don't be in the middle lane, you WILL be in someone's way.

0.18 Hanna Thats the danger of the undertake would have been risk reduced if you had been in lane one if your going to commit to an undertake, but still not recommended as per HC always try to overtake properly as undertaking requires your eye on the ball and should never be aqressive and perhaps with at least performed with Audible warnings/visual warnings.

Another example of horrible entitled drivers, it’s my right of way, they are on my side, you should give way to me, I will park my car anywhere I like. The roads are for sharing so slow down and use your brakes and be courteous to others because it really isn’t hard to drive properly and you will have a better day.

A lot of these could be avoided just by lifting your right foot for a couple of seconds, but then they wouldn't have there RUclips clip
1.55 Too much focus on the car in front Mellisa K and not enough on the clear road ahead as an overtake is easy, you are just yet another driver who goes right down to the breaklights and stop practicly before you decide it's ok to overtake.
A lot of impatient cammers.
Sadly, until the law and the fine/sentence/tariff changes, driving standards are not going to change either. People should practice defensive driving and just take a little bit more time. Some of the cammers are being way too quick just to gain some content. I'm not perfect myself, but am quick to apologise if I cock up.

I think the one where the car sharply pulled up on the pavement was experiencing some kind of emergency. Perhaps their child was in serious trouble or choking or something. Don’t be so quick to jump to conclusions. Did you notice how they immediately got out of the car and their body language suggested they were going to go to the back of the vehicle?
What they did wasn’t dangerous, in fact it was very well executed. Yeah they went up on to a pavement but I’m sure they checked it was clear and safe to do so first.

@@manchegocheese997 considering possible reasons why is not jumping to conclusions, it’s being understanding and learning not to judge without knowing the full story. Something I find many people lack. They put their nose in where it’s not warranted and judge based on little to no facts as to why or how.
But branding the driver as reckless, dangerous, stupid, or otherwise, which by them being in this in this video it’s clearly trying to insinuate that they are at least one of those - I’d say that’s a conclusion.
It's still not legal. An emergency in your car doesn't suddenly make it legal to drive on the pavement. There was nothing stopping him parking next to the kerb.
Rule 145 of the Highway Code states You MUST NOT drive on or over a pavement, footpath or bridleway except to gain lawful access to property, or in the case of an emergency.
Don't be harsh on BMW AUDI MERCEDES drivers, it's hard to drive with clown boots

So many people these days suffer from lack of locus of control. They behave like utter helmets then blame everything and everyone else for their terrible behaviour. It's called externalizing and it's why our country is falling apart.
