- Not every challenge is for everyone. This is for people like me who are just starting out. Here is the challenge. I am starting tomorrow.
30-day challenge (10 minutes challenge)
FOR BODY :
1) - 10 minute workout... a simple walk would also do.
2) - Deep breaths in the morning 10 ...10 in noon...10 before sleeping.
3) - 10 classes of water everyday (unless you don't have any disease)
4) - Not eat before 10 or after 10
FOR MIND:
5) - Speak out or write 10 things you are grateful for.
6) - 10 minutes of singing sessions for happiness. (Could also be bathroom singing.)
7) - Ask 10 things to god or anything you believe in
FOR SELF IMPROVEMENT:
8) - 10 minutes of daily skin care.
9) - 10 minutes of doing what you love(create videos, read books, write-Minimum 10 mins
10) - Say at night - I have completed my challenge...yes!
