Xbox Series is doing way better on console sales than PS5 if you do the math. 50 million Ps4 owners didnt buy ps5 while 30 million xbox one owners didnt buy xbox series.

I see no reason to buy Xbox hardware anymore. Their 'everything is an Xbox' strategy makes me question the brand. There are no more red lines when it comes to releasing Xbox games on competing platforms. There are only a few titles I enjoy on Xbox, and I've already played most of them anyway. Having a Game Pass subscription indefinitely is pointless for me. The fact that other manufacturers can now make so-called 'Xboxes' is not a good thing. It reminds me of the Steam Machine, which was a colossal failure. As a consumer, I don't care how MS can make as much money as possible. Many people celebrate this step and chatter about how MS will finally make real money. So what? The Xbox we knew is dying for that. The Xbox is just a service now. Xbox is just Game Pass, streaming, and cloud. At the same time, they make fun of Sony for releasing a few titles on PC, while simultaneously celebrating MS for making a lot of money because MS will release everything everywhere. I wonder if these people actually think about what they're writing?
I look as fanboyism of gaming or PlayStation as legalism of religion(excessive conformity to the law or to the religious or moral code) , which in gaming it would be legalism of gaming or PlayStation ( in my thinking it would mean being extreme or strictly mean of what people think gaming should be to them)
@ Steamdeck is not an Xbox console, why would they block it there? It's not even competition to Sony as they don't have a dedicated handheld to the market yet. We'll see how things unfold, but you can forget the chance to play PS games on Xbox devices through Steam. Digital "ownership" is a finicky thing and licenses on certain devices can be revoked in a millisecond. Even if you own and have the game downloaded, you won't be able to play. Ask Concord
