@jacobharris6378 Blades is a more efficient, nostalgic, and rarer dashboard. It’s the original dashboard and it only shipped with original 360s. You could only get it without modding by having a launch model 360 that has not been updated (in a very long time) AFAIK
I think Xbox 360 accounts are allowed to make account names like that, only if they're local accounts (since there's likely no checkers for it) however when you try to make a XBL account, you'll likely be denied and forced to change your user Also, the graphical issues could either be bad caps (since it took so long to appear and then booted consistently afterwards) or the beginnings of a bad GPU
Ive seen em on ebay for less than $100, a lot of like 5 or 6 "untested" or "broken" consoles, there's no reason why you can't. Trust me, if you keep putting it off, you'll never do it.

goodwill doesn't test it's products. I've worked in the domain door and we separate soft and hard with like 70 percent of stuff getting thrown out while a huge chunk of clothing gets wired into bales to be shipped over seas.
I still own a working Xenon console (just plugged it in to test, still boots up). When I got it back in 2008 I quickly bought a 3 year service contract for my 360 knowing it would come in handy and it only costed me $40. That was the best investment I ever made. In those years, as it RRoD'd three times plus a DVD drive fail, all replaced for no extra charge. Each time Microsoft replaced the unit with a different one if it was an RRoD, but when the DVD drive failed they actually repaired it by replacing the DVD drive and sent it back to me. It's been working fine since. I also built my own 500GB HDD and enclosure, and it has a butt-load of games I largely got for free when I they gave out FREE games for Xbox Gold members every two weeks. I should set it back up and see if it still works, to bad it doesn't have HDMI port.

There's an "optional media update" needed to play movies in general and if there's more then one profile it might only play one the one that purchased them

I don't know, but it sometimes red rings, but it works when I keep cycling it for however long it takes (I'm VERY patient when I want to game :)) it has worked for like 20 years.
I'm sure you have a CFW 360 handy. You can burn XEXM on a disk and use it to access any HD you want. Use it to delete SytemUpdate folder then I think the HD will work on a blades console.
Yes you could actually lock your profile on the Xbox 360 I think you can even still do it with the newer Xboxes if you could do it on Windows of course you could do it on Xbox
