Carbon Fiber Drone Chassis! | Zealandia.Systems

Here we have Jason Tweedie from Formtech cutting out a new carbon fiber chassis for his Racing Drone!
We hadn't worked with CF before, so the feeds and speeds were a bit conservative with a 3mm corncob cutter, we could almost certainly double or triple the feedrates on this machine - next time!!

Cutting CF that way is very dangerous generally! The CF dust is very dangerous.

Ideally some fluid would help, but minimising inhalation risk is the key here
