I’d say Mio is scarier. Sometimes she’ll turn it on and go hard at someone without even noticing. Most recent example I can think is when she was streaming with MikoShuba, and some fan asked if Miko just pretends to be pon and is actually really smart. Mio, without thinking twice, just says “there is no way that is the case.”
but from looking at ayame karaoke stream most of her songs are from 2010-2022, while Sora do have a once in a bluemoon showa era song in her karaoke list. which why I said Sora than Ayame.
