I bought the soundbar 600 (and that one came with a hdmi cable) and the subwoofer 500. Try listening your Drake song now. The bass tickles 🥴

That means you have a wifi interference call Bose customer service they will send you an optical cable to connect your sound bar and your subwoofer since you having wireless connection issues at free of charge that’s what happened to mine, hope this help 🙃 Don’t forget to subscribe ✌🏼
