    Ted what brand of preservative do you use? Might as well show all the break downs too, show people that it’s not all just driving equipment lol.
    Hunter you did really good showing how that baler eats the windrows and what a nice tight bales look like. Keep up the videos guys 👍

    Good work boys.. Glad to see you back making videos Ted. Plenty of repair videos out there, I'd say keep it about cows & crops. How's the bud box & load out? Would love to see drone footage of that. Also freeze branding.. I've switched from LN2 to dry ice. Much better results. Would like to hear your thoughts, are you guys still freeze branding? What's hunter's channel called?

    • @tedkahler9738
      @tedkahler9738  2 года назад +4

      Love the bud box and load out... still making improvements and finishing the load out though... ill make a video about that we have also quit freeze branding just takes to much time ... it is nice when its done BUT im really thinking about just changing to eid tags. we used dry ice before and it was easier to be consistent but the liquid nitogen seemed to be so much faster we stuck with that when we were doing it a few tenths of a second makes a huge difference with the nitrogen. Hunters channel is called hunter kahler. ALSO thanks for watching i hope to keep the videos more consistent and once we get through this video dump.... hope to keep them more up to date

    Good video. Have many issues with that baler. I have a CIH 455 and have had something with it every year baling 700 bales a year. Lost density the first year. Bale size sensor the second year. Belt ripped this year. Thinking on sending it down the road. Had a 94 Hesston before baled years before had to do anything with it. May go with a 469 Deere that similar to the Hesston. Bought this one for rotor feed drop floor and soft core kit which Deere didn't have. Maybe just bugs I don't know. 45k should run for a few years anyway for what I doing.

      this one been pretty good except loosing the door.... i baled over 700 bales in the two days i baled cain this year neighbor use to run deeres but switched to new holland and been very happy...think this one is closing in on 10 k bales... guess this summer i caught a cord and that was fun to splice all the wires back together but wasnt a baler fault....seems any more the time a piece of equipment is parked is just as hard on them (or even harder) than the time in the field

    • @tedkahler9738
      @tedkahler9738  2 года назад +1

      the preservative is to keep the hay from heating and getting spoiled and or getting moldy or even worse off would be if it combusts from the heating... i have never heard of using protein for that. all this feed will go into hay grinder... well most of it will anyhow

    I'd say make a video just showing something that isn't the same as every other video. Atleast that's what I tend to watch.
