Thanks for watching
Hey I love the videos keep them up I want to see more man
Thanks hope to do some long format videos soon.
Nice way to end up with micro plastics in the food.
Not as much as plastics used to prepare or store food directly There may be some cultures who eat the guts of animals but most do not so not exposed.
Love those grinders hay and high moisture corn is the best job you can ask for
Seems to eat hay
Yea good job to have pays well
Ground thousands of bales and stacked hay with a Jones mighty giant w/ hydra fork and also run a bako grinder wo/hydra fork
Nice still doing it
I had a contractor in Alabama that had a contract with a railroad to grind down old cross ties…oops they forgot to remove the metal spikes embedded in the ties…tore that grinder to pieces…big loss for my insurance company…
Oooo crap
I haven't seen one of those giant grinders since I used to work at a green waste yard. We would make huge piles of compost and 1000ks of gallons of compost tea. We turned their waste into soil they would come back and buy LoL. We also charged them to do the waste hahahaha
lol double dipping. But if it worked
@@tedkahler9738 - Tight wads - double dipping !! 🙄
A little too dusty for me !! 😅
Maybe but what can ya do

Industrial chopper for the peeeedddooossss!!!

Looks cold. . We had ~3" of snow and sleet yesterday!
the other day it was -13 degrees when i went out of the house...
@tedkahler9738 Remember traveling with work to Fort Atkinson Wisconsin and got out of the car and it was −27. That's cold, as I've ever been in.
Glade to see your videos!!
thanks!
Nice to see a video Ted! More to come?
Hoping to start posting regularly again. See if I can get and stay in the mood!
Those Apron links require no tools. I believe they are called "T-Bar Chain Links." We had a JD 44 Spreader that the Apron would break a lot, and the links were a bit difficult to fix. So we bought a whole new T-Bar Chain Link Apron, thinking "This will be easy to fix." We still don't know, because if never broke again.
That is good to know about the T-bar chain links
Would have much better if you would had just one video going
@@jeffzemke you can make your own video and you can make it better

Are the alfalfa seeds being sprinkled on the surface or are they actually going into the opening with the oats? Im interested in doing this and have the same drill.
@@outdoorking69 in row with oats. Set depth for alfalfa oats be set back some but if wanting alfalfa set depth for that
Thanks just what i was looking for
Thanks glad I could help
My bailer for some reason does not wrap, but I keep having an error on the monitor saying actuator. What does that mean?
@@scot519 more than likely actuator is not going home. Either actuator is going bad or power or sensor problem
I need to purchase a service manual for a 955 12/23 row is there anyway I could get information on this
I’m not sure
Hey, What percentage or ratio did you use when you seeded your field? 50/50? Thanks!
15 pound alfalfa 60-75 pounds oats. Separate boxes on drill
@@tedkahler9738 That quite interesting. Local farmers around my are usually do 40% alfalfa but we all do it differently. I was reading a lot of articles that actually suggest clear seeding alfalfa right from the start as it can yield a thicker and most consistent crop but it's dependent on a few factors, erosion being number 1. I'm contemplating on that and wouldn't be opposed to trying straight 100% alfalfa and see what happens. I tried it on smaller 40x40 and was pretty happy with the results.
@@DylanLogger I have done both biggest thing if you do it with a cover crop hay it off early so the cover doesn’t compete too much
@@tedkahler9738 About 2-3 weeks thru you'd say?
@@DylanLogger say cut before companion crop heads. Or if alfalfa shows stress from being dry
My bailer won't go back to home
Good chance actuator is bad
Hello, how are you keeping the spray tank agitated? With a separate pump , or does the handler keep recirculating?
The sprayer itself has seperate pump but this handler uses a 2 or 3 inch pump to move water around
@@tedkahler9738 I'm ignorant in theses processes, please confirm that the handlers 2" pump is agitating the sprayer volume of liquid or the sprayer itself is using its own recirculating pump to agitate chemical mix?
@@runwayedge sprayer pump is agitating
Hello, I have a br7090 new holland baler and when the wrap gets low, it will start wrapping the bales and will not stop.
Would guess either brake is too loose or the little wheel that counts the wrap is binding up on something causing it to not touch the roll any longer
Hello, I'm having a issue with my case baler. ( your monitor is the same as mine) in manual mode the it won't retract. No clue. Any help appreciated.
Hope you got it sorted out
Hello. What do you apply to oat hay during harvest? I am from Poland and I am very interested in the issue of oat hay. How long does it take from mowing to harvesting? At what humidity do you harvest hay. Great production, great farm.
Depends on climate but it takes a little while
Ted what happened to you
I’m still alive Lol
Ru going to make more videos
I'm sure he'll let you take a sample if you agree to pay for the hay test
This was years ago
What variety is this and where did you find it? I'm going to put some haygrazer out next spring to see how it does for hay. Do you have any tips for this stuff?
It’s Channel seed nutricain
