Poor people have poor ways. Reckon how many people can testify about trying to put a sleeve over a sleeve?

So how would you remove a sleeve if you find that your damper already has one worn? I'd imagine cut it since youll be adding another new sleeve?

Nope. Won't do no good if you do. May even take the temper out of the sleeve.
