    Tracy, Ma’am, “SALUTE”
You are the woman I hope my granddaughters emulate. Not necessarily the career paths but your “I don’t quit” attitude. I’m an old Vietnam, Jan 1967-Aug 1970, combat Vet. I want to thank you for your ability & willingness to tell your story so my granddaughters can see the world for what it really is.
    YOU, TRACY, ARE MY HERO,
    THANK YOU.
    PS
Cannot wait to read your book.
    One last time:
    TRACY, THANK YOU SO MUCH

Marcus' comment about "the flagpole" was so true. The 3-letter types inside the Beltway were some of the most condescending, turf war obsessed, useless, bureaucratic PoS's on the planet. It was a totally different story out in the field. It is always funny to me that the Langley types NEVER lacked confidence (being HUMINTers is certainly at the core of that "positivity"), but the Bureau always seemed defensive and guarded. Never understood the pettiness and rivalry since their roles are completely different as part of what is supposed to be an all-aspect Team USA. Tracy was a good guest with an interesting path and place in history. The interview itself didn't flow too smoothly...maybe a few too many interruptions, but overall good stuff!

Give you a thumbs up love what y'all are doing just got through hurricane Ian, counting the blessings, it's all we can do, put shit back together, at least we got to go governor down here in Florida similar to the one you have in Texas. I had the brick phone in 99, and there was no unlimted it was by the min .85¢, so if u were lucky not to be roaming, a ten min call was $8.50, man times. Change, them were the good times, way more so than now

I'm a 70s baby also, as well as retired Army and I have to say, the breed of people in that time frame were just built differently. I think it's because we had to live the struggle without the conveniences of today. The generations after us have everything handed to them, the world just became so much simpler and coddling. IMO

Thank You Tracy for speaking with us yesterday. Followers please Google Noah Enos Chicago. Our son was missing after leaving a Chicago concert venue the Salt Shed on 6/12/23 His body found dead floating in the Chicago River 6/17/23. We know in our gut that Noah was murdered along with many other young males found in waterways in many states.

I've been kinda watching a lot of interviews lately and SOMETHING tells me this is the Woman that tracked down Bin Laden, Rob O'Neal just did the Joe Buden Pod cast and everything he said about the woman that found Bin Laden got my spidie senses tingling when I watched this. Regardless that woman is a badass.

Nope. Tracy left Langley in 2005, according to this interview.

Do U people do any research?! I'm a VETERAN and my field of choice required me 2 B VERY analytical. SO, I come across this woman on SM, who wrote a book on being a "SPY." I quickly noticed that she only served 4 years with the CIA and 1 year with the FBI. I thought that 2 B a bit unusual. Hence, I researched the requirements for a SOO (staff operations officer in the CIA). THE main requirements are a 4 year degree and signing a 5 year contract. SOOs are not required to train at "The Farm." This woman was NOT a "SPY"... a term the CIA doesn't even acknowledge. She was liason between the DO ( Directorate Officer) and Headquarters- link between the field personnel and Headquarters. Preferred degree 4 SOOs are science, mathematics, cyber security, etc. She has degrees in history and education. After serving 4 years with CIA, she jumped ship and joined the FBI to fulfill her contract. Guaranteed (almost), she didn't spend 20 weeks at Quantico, which is required of FBI accepted applicants. SO... how did she manage to bounce from CIA to FBI only fulfill her contract, if that's the case?? AND WHY wouldn't it be the case? I NEVER heard of anyone serving only 1 year in the FBI. Most do 20+. Her father is a VIETNAM VET, who apparently had connections. Any one with her type of physical disability is NOT GOING 2 B a FIELD OP in any agency. U people carry on like she's "JASON BOURNE." She's NOT. She LOVES the attention and whatever exactly money she can make. Do a little research.

OT EVERYTHING IS AS CUT AND DRY AS YOU MAY THINK. THINGS HAPPEN AND DONT HAPPEN IN VARIOUS WAYS. AN ASSET TO OUR INTELLIGENCE AGENCY CAN COME AND GO WITH OR WITH OUT THE NORMAL REQUIREMENTS AS SPECIAL CONDITIONS MAY REQUIRE..WE DONT EVEN KNOW 1% OF WHAT OUR GOVERNMENT HAS DONE AROUND THE WORLD

Am I the only one that got a weird vibe watching this? Like something is just kinda “off”? Tracy and Marcus just don’t seem to gel very well. I can’t really explain it but I definitely pick up on some kind of strained or uncomfortable vibes.

I think in this podcast Ms Walder said that she left Langley in 2005. That would mean she is not "the girl".
