HI Hikeart,
How do I convert a Jpeg format to an Ai Format without distorting the image and being able to increase /decrease the image size? I have found lots of websites that convert the image from jpeg to Ai but I heard you cant decrease/increase image size plus it distorts the image.
Is it possible to use adobe and copy and paste the logo inside Adobe and save in Ai format without redrawing the entire logo? any help with this would be great.

It depends on the complexity of the image. If you have PNG of good quality you could use Trace tool, but still coloring would be done by you again. But, like I said this only works for less complex images.
