I don't think the wandering villager tents are vanilla because they're supposed to be WANDERING villagers in vanilla. So they and the Pillager tents are most likely a POI mod. The ruins you found looked like an entire ruined village. Slight chance it was supposed to be an underwater ruined village, but most likely just from a POI mod.
