How to install Epson L3210 printer driver in ubuntu 22.04

this video will show you how to install printer driver for Epson L3210 in ubuntu 22.04
the steps as below:
- download epson.deb
- install lsb (apt-get install lsb)
- install epson.deb (dpkg -i epson.deb)
- turn on your printer
- ubuntu will detect the printer and set the printer configuration
- make a print test
- done

This is the 3rd method I have tried. It also failed. Right at the end when I type in "dpkg -i epson-inkjet-printer-escpr_1.8.2-1_amd64.deb" it tells me "cannot access archive for epson-inkjet-printer-escpr_1.8.2-1_amd64.deb".
