    Knowing me I would have hooked that tree about 5 times before getting a rise from a fish 😂 And losing a fish on the line is fine. We call that a LDR - long distance release. Really enjoyed the vids 👍

      Yes, I know the feeling! Some days I do really well and others I seem to catch every overhanging branch! I've definitely got much better over the years. It's amazing what tens of thousands of repetitions can do for your technique!

    Have you by chance read, CHALK STREAM SALMON & TROUT FISHING by Charles Bingham? It’s the kind of book that like your RUclips videos will inspire you to want to visit and fly fish these locations. 😇

      @m.h.english4473 I haven't heard of that book before, but I can see there are some cheap second hand copies on eBay. I might get one. Thanks for the recommendation.
