This is eggstrordinary I can’t believe it was never. Scrambled it’s shocking
14000 dollars at a junk sale! What a load of lies
Land Rover Videos The story is legit. Was all over the news a while back. Wasn’t really a junk auction. Just a regular auction. It was sold just for the gold value as no one really knew what it was at the time. The man that bought it noticed the name on the clock dial and started to do research and found out it was one of the lost Fabregé eggs which a large portion were purchased by random Americans after the revolution.
14k is also my minimum cash allowance when visiting a junk sale… excuse me what?
It was an auction not a normal junk sale
I found the wall panels of the Amber Room at a junk sale, paid $30k. I always go to junk sales with that much cash. Nothing suspicious.
As others have said, it's clearly not a junk sale when you're selling antiques of any kind, particularly when they are made of solid gold. And what sort of bozo doesn't bother to do some kind of research to determine the value before selling it? Even if you had zero knowledge of these eggs existence, you'd have to know that you had something potentially very special. It's clearly quite old and and made of solid gold.
The Fabergé Egg are simply exquisite and beautiful, it is simply amazing.
Maybe I shouldn’t have played baseball with grandmas golden egg... thought it was fake. Damnit.
I'll be on the look out
Why is he handling it without gloves??
because its a replica and the original ones were already bought and on display in london museum

Actually no British museum owns any faberge egg. The Queen used to own two faberge eggs before she passed the mosaic egg and the colonnade egg.
I was the one who sold it at junk yard for 9,000. What a load of crap
Eggcelent find.
Another 2 missing from this collection?! There are 7 missing from the imperial collection of Faberge Eggs.
But they're pretty sure that the other 5 were destroyed during the chaos of the revolution. The 2 mentioned are the ones they KNOW survived the revolution, but don't know where they are know.
John Johnson In the 80´s the 2 missing, which one has a chicken and some chicks was seen in Lisbon, Portugal.
Roger Diogo
cite your sources?
I seen them with my own eyes...
In a thrift store, downtown Lisbon.
The Russian Mob has reached Kentucky, finding one in the Heartland of America, does not surprise me, I seen two, one had the original box, and there was a book about the family...altough only 2 "Imperial eggs" are missing, there´s hundreds of Fabergé jewelry to be found.
ONE OF THEM IS IN PEAKY BLINDERS
totally awsome indeed

Only an uneducated person would wanted to melt something as beautiful as this masterwork. Smfh.
I have one can I get more info
I will come to see it soon .nice.
When I grow up I'll find the other missing from the collection
They're all out there my friend. It would be a huge shame to see such beautiful masterpieces lost to time.
First I would have to have $14k to spend on the egg.
Do they have pictures or photos of the other two that's missing from this collection
The two missing are the necessaire egg and the cherub with chariots. There are pictures of the necessaire egg it’s gold with Louis xiv decorations on it. Unfortunately the cherub with chariot has no clear picture but there is a picture that shows it’s reflection on the glass vitrine it was in.
@@henrylivingstone2971 I wish there was a clearly picture of it.

Same but we know roughly of where they might be. The necessaire egg is said to be in a bank vault somewhere in the UK.
And we know for a fact that the cherub with chariot was once purchased by industrialist and bitter rival to William Randolph Hearst, Armand Hammer. Armand Hammer purchased several faberge eggs because he was a well known communist and had ties to the Bolsheviks.
He and heiress Marjorie Merriwether Post of the Post Cereal Company purchased several eggs. Post purchased the Tsarevich egg and the Catherine the great egg, she was in the right place in Moscow when Stalin was selling the eggs to raise capital, she was in Moscow because her third husband was ambassador to Russia.
The other missing eggs are the Royal danish thought to have been destroyed during the revolution, the jadeite empire egg which is said to be in a private collection in New York but some experts have called it a fake, the Karelian birch which is in the collection of Russian oligarch Alexander Ivanov which is said to be a fake by some experts since Ivanov is known to have fake eggs in his collection, the Alexander iii commemorative egg, hen with sapphire pendant.
Do some research about the Faberge egg there's a photo that has a bunch Faberge egg picture. And can spot the Golden Faberge Egg too on there as so. Happy hunting.
C'est beau. J'aime

The eggs you describe seeing were fakes. Those particular specimens have been off of the market for at least 20 years. And there was only one of each design.
