I love Daniel's enthusiasm to work hard and to dream up new methods to try to make the job more efficient and earn that eeeeasy money, haha. He's such a doll! Grace is as cute as ever and Annie... well, Annie always does good work. Great to see you and Eric together and happy to hear you may have found your guy as far as a new CDL driver. Fingers crossed it all works out well for you, Ryan. Looking forward to the 2023 season! All the best to you, your family and viewers. Heather🇨🇦
Daniel doesn't need to do that, Ryan literally can plow the driveway in 30 seconds. I don't understand the need to have Daniel work hard for no purpose. Give him a project that accomplishes something.
@@christopherbownes494 It's comments like this that make one realize the sad reality of someone not training the generation to work hard and not receive any recognition. Sometimes, stuff just needs to get done. If Daniel wants to do it, let him do it. Good for you, Ryan. I'm thankful you are teaching that boy the joy of self-accomplishment!
Your son Dan he is smart kid for his age I think he was saying he was building a plow out of cardboard for his bike that’s awesome keep feeding that mind of his . I would love to see him invent a plow for kids bikes
I would highly recommend the kage plow for apartments town houses or condos. Places where you have tight spots and have limited places for snow. Less tan ten seconds it takes to put the Kage on or off. Have used one for the last seven years on a skid steer and man I can not go without a kage ever again. If you have the chance to try or even rent one I’d recommend it for sure. Built well and make a clean scrape as well
I wish we had a radio station like that guy 😂 can't wait till the season. I love watching your content in the way you are with your family. It's really uplifting and hopefully things keeps getting better going forward. Making that easy money 💰
Ryan you should really consider getting a fuel tank at the yard. It is almost the same price once it works out at the fuel station but the cost of constantly going out of your way/paying employees to go there makes a huge difference and relief of making sure everything is fueled up. And you still have the tank on the trailer you can keep full at all times. Once you have one you will never go back.
Here when you have a yard tank depending on who you buy from, most won`t auto fill your order if you choose and since the prices change daily you can watch the market and call in you order with the price locked at that time and here also if you have a yard tank you can also buy off road diesel but some vehicles don`t do well on it.
>Ryan you should really consider getting a fuel tank at the yard. And instead to drive these plowers from parking lot they were staing to the gas station he will drive them to the yard? Enormouse difference. :) If he wasn't in town and doesn't have gas stations around a corner or on a way to worksites it maybe be worth to consider but as it is it's just waste of money and unneeded problems for nothing.
You talking about what you look for when hiring reminds me of my dad. One of the most beneficial pieces of advice he gave me when i first started my construction company was "Hire the character then train the worker"
Ryan, I ran a concrete plant for 20 years. If you ever have any questions please don’t hesitate to ask. Love your videos! Y’all are the absolute best!!

Good Sunday morning sunshine! Great way to start my day with you & Eric! Sorry your day didnt go as planned! There is alway tomorrow! Much love from Henderson Ga
Your family is beautiful. A big howdy from my family to yours. Were on vacation down here at the gulf coast. It's 75 degrees and breezy right by the ⛱️
If u were out here in ca I’d give u a transfer tank I have laying out in back of my yard , so u could fill it with diesel then fill your machines at the yard .anyways stay warm greetings from this freezing record cold in southern ca , currently 48 degrees .
In November of last year (this winter 2022/2023) we got 54 inches locally from one storm. It was horrible and absolutely amazing at the same time. The state and county plows couldn't even get down the roads, they had to have a loader mounted snow thrower go through first. Cars were off the road everywhere. The main road was so bad I had to drive over 3 miles in reverse before I could find a spot to turn around. Thank goodness for the plow drivers and equipment operators. They worked around the clock and dug everything out like it never happened within two days. I couldn't imagine 71 inches from one storm. The worst part is we have a huge military base Fort Drum where many of the soldiers are brand new to winter driving and own mustangs and camaros trying to drive through it.
Wow this new video is packed, pardon the pun, with fresh content. Good to hear the crew will be back, with a new hand. Daniel is upgrading his snow plow....lol. Grace has grown so much...another lil Daddy's girl. God bless all the Family and a great 2023 is on the horizon.
I always tell everyone to make sure to wash down wheels inside n out underneath inside and out everywhere clean up to save the build up on everything when times come to pull bolts n parts off.
Salting and pushing snow can get old fast...same roads over and over..we always have two people in the truck to help spot and keep us a wake lol...I work for small city in North Carolina.
It’s a good idea to leave your plow on when salting. It may help stop you if it’s icy or at least cause less damage to your truck if you slide into something
I feel you on the Westerns haven't officially lived life until you had a trip return spring on a boss v-blade snap and go through your radiator also as cold as it gets where you live I would use liquid
Tilt decks are more expensive but saves your back with the ramps we have one with an 8 ft stationary deck so you can put an attachment and bucket with the skid steer
My town has a new side chute salter. Basically it just dumps salt on the yellow line... so you can see it while you slide across the road into a ditch or a tree
12:30, the best plows for loaders are Garier bottomless buckets. Its almost like that Kage one but its all one peice, and if you want to back drag you just lift the boom and tilt it all the way down (like tilting down a bucket) and the top of the play has a cutting edge to get right up close and backdrage, then just tilt up and lower and push it away
If I lived closer I would love to work with you. My friend is going to start his own business sometime this year doing backyard landscaping I know he also wants to do driveways, sidewalks, and patios including fire pits
Change orders. That's why contractors bid low. They know exactly where and when things on a job can go wrong and when a change order is put in, they jack up the price. I worked for someone like that. Might work in metro areas but in small towns, it's a recipe for business foreclosure.
Love these videos and the positive attitude is absolutely contagious!!! Anyone around you that doesn’t get inspired by your positivity is just clueless and missing out on something wonderful.
If your neighbor is using some of your power with permission, you can add in an E-mon D-mon sub meter so you can easily bill him by what you pay per kilowatt hour from the utility.
Hey Ryan was just thinking maybe there is a Veteran hiring program in your area that matches veterans with people hiring for work. Good way to find people who know how to be on time and have integrity. It was beaten into us so much at basic training that most of us will carry those lessons the rest of our lives.
That part about the dude with the lowest bid. You don't know how many time I've had to walk away because owner want to be cheap and I explain that you can't expect a good job if you want to pay peanuts. They think the material are cheap and that anyone can lay down concrete smh 🤦
I will say for having multiple kages and multiple arctic snow pushers. They are by far the best. Lol hands down. We've used a lot of different equipment. 150+ properties for snow and nothing compares to kages and arctic. Nothing. Lol
READ THIS COMMENT- Hi Ryan, I have a recommendation to get the wheel hub off the power buggy. Go to Harbor Freight and get the larger hydraulic puller. That puller will it get it off for sure long as it will fit. They also have just a regular puller just get the icon one. It is very adjustable to what size and shape you want.
well here in the Black Hills of South Dakota we've gotten over 6 feet of continuous snow fall over the course of 2 days so 71 inches in Minnesota doesn't sound unrealistic. but we regularly get well over 100 inches of snow every year

Just the banter alone with Dan is unmatched. You need to strap a gopro to his head and send him on his way. Top notch stuff!
Hey Ryan! If I remember correctly they sell mini plows for kids that they can ride on, would pretty cool to see Daniel on a mini plow!

Here many places hire the age [ as young as they can get ] then they train them to work to their standards
"Hire the character then train the worker" That is an awesome principle. Hats off to you and your dad

You should look into a transfer pump for your pick up during winter season instead of doing all that driving to gas stations
Make sure you get one. That’s fit your new Holland. Sometimes you have to go over the deck over tilt trailer.
Thanks for the consistent uploads.
Many channels I'm subbed to don't even compare to your upload schedule and I appreciate it.
