    Today we are making perfect restaurant style lasuni palak paneer. Flavor of garlic a takes this dish to next level. You will get few tips to retain the green color of palak and to get that perfect consistency, to retain the softness of paneer too. This is a very easy and simple recipe. It tastes awesome and is a real quick recipe. You can try this recipe at home and drop a comment for me. Do not forget to like, share and subscribe.
    Ingredients:
    • Water
    • Spinach leaves
    • Green chilies
    • 3 tsp Oil
    • 1/2 tsp Cumin seeds
    • Finely chopped Onion
    • 1 tbsp grated Garlic
    • 1/2 tsp Red chili powder
    • 1/2 tsp Coriander powder
    • 1/2 tsp Garam masala
    • A little Oil
    • 1 tsp Besan
    • Salt to taste
    • Butter (Optional)
    • Paneer cubes
    • Oil
    • Cumin seeds
    • Finely chopped Garlic
    • Dry Red chilies
    Method:
    • Heat up water in a pan and when it comes to boil add spinach.
    • Cook it for about 5-7 minutes.
    • Transfer the leaves directly into ice cold water to retain the green color of it and let them be in
    cold water for about 2-3 minutes.
    • Transfer the spinach into a blender jar and add green chilies.
    • Blend together into puree.
    • Heat up oil on medium heat in a pan.
    • Add cumin seeds and let it splutter.
    • Add onion and fry until it turns light golden.
    • Add garlic and fry for about 2 minutes.
    • Add red chili powder, coriander powder, garam masala and mix well.
    • Move the masala along the edge of the pan and add a little oil, beasn in the remaining space.
    • Fry besan with oil for about a minute.
    • Mix the masala with besan well and add palak puree.
    • Mix well and add water in which we cooked palak to adjust the consistency.
    • Add salt, butter and mix well.
    • Adding butter is optional. You can skip it if you don’t want.
    • Add paneer and cook for just about 5 minutes.
    • Palak paneer is ready.
    • For tadka heat up oil in a tadka pan.
    • Add cumin seeds and let them splutter.
    • Add garlic and fry until it turns a little crispy and changes color a little.
    • Add dry red chilies and mix well.
    • Add this tadka on palak paneer and lasuni palak paneer is all ready.
