I get dry eyes with contacts in VR. I don't with these. But that might not affect everyone. I can tell you this though, it is so convenient having them. If I am in contacts I just pop the magnetic lenses out with no issues. I like how the lenses protect my actual Quest lenses from my eyelashes and stuff though. Vr lenses are sensitive and important. Now they're always covered by the prescription

I hate how you pay more for having worse vision. Like wtf 20.5$ extra for -4.5 and 10$ for -3.75 why?, it’s not my fault for having worse eye sight
