    Our Cousin Frankie worked at Tullis Russell all his working life.. Frankie's Dad Uncle George, was a train driver.based at Thornton. Frankie's young brother Gordon was tragically killed on the Cabbage hall Road,.heading for Glenwood School in Glenrothes, on his bike A lot of memorable family connection to this wee video.       Hi Elizabeth was always interested in Steam trains Trams being a bus driver for 30 years married a conductress have since parted 💙

      @@alrxanderwylie6512 my mum was a bus conductress in Kirkcaldy with Alexander's til she married. And a school friends dad was a bus driver, (Mr Hogg.) Mum was Aunt Nene's wee sister. Me n my brother's n sisters spent our summer holidays at Leslie. Sad to see the town hall go. Uncle George was caretaker there for awhile. Happy memories there too. Joe's Cafe, The Howff, The Co-op, at Bank Place, Aund Bain, Your photos just lifted a veil in Time n it was just a different Time. Never to be forgot. 🙏💕

    I often went Down as a young lad to watch the train going under the bridges around where Pitteuchar would be now just north of the swimming pool
