    INGREDIENTS:
    2 pork chops
    Salt to taste
    2 tsp pepper
    1 tsp mustard
    1 tsp paprika
    1 tsp cumin
    1 tsp garlic paste
    1 lb green beans
    2 carrots
    ½ broccoli
    1 tsp cayenne
    Olive oil
    3 garlic cloves
    ½ lb flour
    2 cups Jamaican wine
    2 sprigs of dill
    1 tsp cornstarch
    RECIPE:
First, marinate the pork chops with salt, pepper, paprika, cumin, mustard, and garlic paste for at least 30 minutes. Then, trim the green beans and cut the carrots, blanch them briefly. Roast the broccoli in an air fryer or oven. In a wok, sauté the garlic in olive oil and add the pork chops coated with seasoned flour. Once they’re golden brown, deglaze with semi-sweet Jamaica wine and a few sprigs of dill. Add sugar to enhance the flavor and let it cook. Remove the chops and prepare the sauce by reducing the wine, adding salt, and thickening it with cornstarch. Serve the sautéed vegetables, pork chops, and pour the flavorful sauce over them. From my kitchen to your table. Enjoy!
