Best video I've seen on RUclips of hard work turning what you want into a reality! I'm bout to do a make shift paint booth in a storage unit to paint my dakota.
@@calebridenour9432 of course man! did a lot better than what a lot of others wouldve ended up with. However, that's a real driveway build truck thats done right!
Actually in the process of bagging my 89 2 door s10. You're the 1st person I've found that's posted a video without cutting up the bed for the rear suspension. Been looking for 1 like this for a long time as I cant cut the floor of my blazer. 8 15s dont fit very well when you cut out the floor lol. Also I'll be running 2 Viair 480c compressors and a 5 gallon tank with 1/2 in valves that will all be mounted inside between the wheel wells and tailgate. Also did you have to modify the frame up front to clear the bags and do you have any pics of it?
Yes the frame had to be notched out and strengthened to fit the bags, we also had to cut a channel in the frame to allow the tie rods to pass through and lay frame. Ill try to get some pics
@@calebridenour9432 I'm your 16th suscriber. . I may start videoing as well. . Had a Chevy luv back in the day and your video inspired me to find another one
swig low Get the S10 to help with the hard work first and build the VIP later as you yourself become more of a VIP in business. But keep the S10 going you’ll regret selling it if you build it. Only getting harder to get these badass trucks.
Body dropping my 84 s10, two issues I am having, brake booster is too big for 20s. What brake booster is everyone running. Also steering tag joint is hitting exhaust manifold. Do you have to move the steering over some or get rid of the rag joint
The Headless Horseman yea we have a stock size booster and it rubs on the 20’s when aired fully out. Looking to get a smaller one as well but haven’t looked into it yet. We cut the manifold and the joint just a little to allow it to clear.
I have an 85 I'm doing pretty much like this but it's a real pile. It's gonna be a while before I'm done with it. Much bodywork to be done and the motor needs rebuilt. Found it in a field lol
Did I just see u paint that truck in the front yard, good shit man
