Nice way of surrounding the old building, and the clinic area. Could use a door on level 2 to go out on the grate above clinic, for another seating break area also. 👍😁 Do wonder, why all the hand pumps rather than concrete foundation pumps?

I don’t like concrete pumps, they are huge, noisy, take up a lot of space, hand pumps are small and compact
