If you use drill lube vs wd40 on the tube notcher it won't fight you as much, I've heard a lot that the water base in the wd40 dries out the metal an makes it harder to cut
Hi could you give me the details of that tube bender I hear you said JDSquare but when I looked it up I couldnt find one with air hydrualic. any onfo would be GREATLY appreciated.
dakota cowham I think I paid $350 but I had a ton of metal enough to make the back, and two front bumpers with leftover material it was all DOM tubing.
Yeah it depends what your looking for. Rogue fabrication has a cool diy kit a lot of benders are pretty cheap but you pay 100 for shipping I got mine locally off craigslist.
I've always liked the idea of pre runners. Just never did it to my truck since it's 4x4

Nice build, i'm going to build my own pretty soon and i'll be using your bracket design with the hole for the tube to pass through.
Awesome vid dude. Love the commentary + sped up video
Looking really nice! Great work
An easier way to make those end caps for tubing would have been to use a hole saw rather than trying to cut circles with a grinder but nice build!
Very nice build!
I saw your ad on Craigslist cool build. I too need a quad cab or something with more seats
Yeah someone reposted my ad. I'm keeping it I just had it for trade at first to see what offers I'd get. A quad cab would be nice tho.
