Whoa, that webinar was mind-blowing! The insight on creating AI voice agents for appointment reminders and lead qualification is genius. Can't wait to implement these strategies!
There's a reason they didn't show a demo - tried this and the latency is huge... It takes makes 3-5 seconds to respond so it's easy to tell it's a bot on the other side of the phone For 80% of the calls I tested the calls either disconnected / the script stopped
Hii how would yoh set up appointment booking amd capturing information from the user because you need email from them but it's hard for ai to capture it? Thank you
Quick Take on Synthflow AI Voicecaller: More Frustrating Than Functional I tested Synthflow, an AI voicecaller, and found it lacking. Here’s the breakdown: **Latency Issues:** There's a noticeable delay of over 4 seconds in responses, making it obvious you're talking to a bot. **Reliability Problems:** In my tests, the majority of calls either dropped or the script stopped unexpectedly. **No Live Demo:** The absence of a demo in this video is a major red flag. **Verdict:** Synthflow has potential but is currently too flawed for practical use. Hold off until improvements are made.
Their current agency pricing defeats the purpose of cost effectiveness. They are charging $14 per hour. Once an agency adds their markup, that's like $30 per hour. Who's paying $30 per hour for an appointment setter?
That's what I was thinking and it is for only one chat assistant, to me it is money grabbing they didn't think through of why businesses would pay higher despite the problems it has, that's why I went on to VAPI (although a little technical its cheaper with better results and usecases) but I'll watch the growth of this companies

The entire demo I was waiting for them to do a test call so we could see what the customer would experience and it never came…
there's a reason for that
