PB and Parkes on one vid - doesn't get much better. Cheers lads. And please keep making your vids, PB
Noooooo dude don’t go!! We need your videos! Don’t be vain and make the gym your priority. You’re a leader within the RUclips plumbing industry and we need you bud. Your videos are priceless and help build confidence. 👍🏼💪🏼😁
I was a secondary school science teacher for 30years and I find your videos so interesting , especially the fault finding. You explain things really well and your whole ethos for young apprentices and novice plumbers is really supportive . The forums you mention will be an invaluable resource for youngsters coming into the trade.
‘I fucked up’ section is classic . Great videos by you and your mates, thank you .
Don’t stop making RUclips videos only good thing that happened this year is you uploading again your contents quality and your love for the trade is amazing the help you give to the rest of us is amazing even if you do 1 a month it will be better than nothing.
Don't stop making the vids ,if you can keep it up its content that is greatly appreciated
Don't stop your vids man, I started off as a heating engineer that didn't have a clue. I was so nervous going into jobs, not having a clue what was wrong. you gave me alot of confidence to just get in there and figure it out. I'm sure there are lots of people out there that were the same. You provide a well needed service my man 👊
That's one of the best" I fu#ked up" stories, fairplay for admitting to that. 👏
he’s a good lad is tom, he has his own RUclips channel check it out
Im a member of his boiler training academy, its really good
Happy birthday Pete ... also, definitely don’t stop making the videos - cut them down to 1-2 a month if you have to but don’t outright stop. Thanks for your hard work and valuable content - unmatched on RUclips !!!
Best plumbing channel on RUclips PB! Don't give up!
Don’t stop! Best plumbing RUclipsr out there!!
Another winner for me, and oh that servowarm three-way OMG that takes me right back. they seemed like such a good idea at the time, thanks for all your video,s
Cheers Peter
At 49 I now say I don't re silicon only silicon things I install from new. I'm fed up with customers thinking it's a £25 job while your there.
I respect it's your choice to do videos or not. Saying that, in just under 3 hours, there are 95 comments--most asking you to keep doing videos. I love you videos, always have. I understand you have to do what you have to do, please just don't say never and I hope you will continue to do videos for RUclips.
Great video. I would be very sad to see your videos end on here. The quality of your work, especially the pipe work is inspiring and i have learnt a lot of tips and tricks from your videos. I'm just starting out in plumbing as a change of career and really find the content you put out to be so helpful and enjoyable. I really do hope you keep going.
Love the discord Idea! What a good guy! Thanks! Brilliant video BTW! Appreciate your effort and time PB.
Please don’t stop I enjoy your video’s I am doing my level 2 plumbing course your videos very helpful. All the best 👍
Love that intro. So apt. Just had one like this but could not even get that much room to work so had to leave tails and pillars already on bath and replace only the mixing block
Got hold of a Nerrad Tapex kit when you first mentioned it in an early video. Been an invaluable bit of kit on many a occasion so like you said it will pay for itself.
Hope you keep making the videos once you are back in shape 😂 😂 💪💪👍
You’re the dogs bollox mate👍🏻 appreciate all you do or think of for us apprentices
Dude I can completely empathize with you there as my local Weight lifting Gym reopens tomorrow and I cannot wait!!! I've been a member for 21 years now and train consistently 4 to 5 times a week even at 54 years old, however I must say that if this is your last video I will have to go into official mourning for a week and wear a black arm band, as I look forward to watching your videos and will miss them terribly, even an experienced Engineer like myself still learns useful tips from younger passionate guys like yourself who help to inspire and motivate others to be diligent with their trade!!
Please don't stop making videos 🤞.
Have enjoy watching your channel like everyone else please carrier on.
Cheers mate done one today 25 mins it took, if I hadnt of seen this is still be thinking shit, great videos
The Tapex kit is great. Plus, Nerrad's after-sales is exceptional. They had a batch of Monobloc sockets which hadn't been drilled out properly. They sent the replacements next day.
For the Nerrad kit you just need a 3/8"F to 1/4"M adaptor - available from Teng, Sealey, Snap-On etc., or use the 1/4" hex to 1/4" Sq. with your Wera limited access ratchet bit holder
Gyms are back! But Plumbing never stops! Let's go PB! 💪🏽
I hope this is not the last video as you make really good videos and I've learnt alot from them!!
Don't stop the videos look forward to watching every Sunday.
Ah don’t give it up! I had an uncle who was a plumber and like you every time I listened to him I learned something!!
Please don’t stop uploading to YT mate!! I look forward to your videos every week and it’s some of the best content out there!! 👊
No pressure but I can’t live without PB plumbing😥
Never give up bro!! I learn a lot from your vids !!
That's a wicked bit of kit Pete
Like your attitude buddy and the way you break down the diagnosis etc. Hope you still post videos, but whatever you decide best of luck 👍
Thanks for another great video. Fingers crossed it's not the last! 🤞
That old servowarm 3-way valve I remember them very well they also used to make switch master 3-way manual valves as well it's only a few years ago I've still had a few lying around in the back of my van so simple to use and fit ..Time Has Changed.
I purchased the nerrad tap kit after watching one of your previous videos. Now I chew up tap changes all day.
Get in mate.. enjoy the gym.. what a joy to get back, I have a home gym in the garage.
PB it would be such a shame if you left youtube, your videos really inspire so many of us, I’m new to the gas / plumbing and your real life jobbing videos are brilliant. Also please direct me to your group chat you’ve set up for new guys thanks
Your my favourite youtube plumber I've learned so much and enjoyed your content itll be sad to see you go but you should do whatever makes you happy good luck👍
Another quality video. Keep them coming buddy!
Thanks mark glad you liked it
Wish I had that nerrad kit today I had to take my kitchen sink out to change the tap 😂 might invest next time cheers PB great video as always you will be missed
Nice video man! Keep them coming!
Damn that story is F*©kup imagine having that happen!!! His RUclips channel is great aswell. Another entertaining video PB 👍
Thank you 🙏🏽
Keep up the vids
Work out videos count for day in the life too, to many plumbers/heating engineers not staying fit! 👍
Happy Birthday, I get those type of extras regularly
Great video thanks for taking the time to make it be gutted when weekly Sunday videos stop 🤣
But gyms been closed for ages gotta do what makes you happy first 👍 💪
Just ordered the tapex kit on your recommendation 👍🏻 will miss your videos but do what’s best for YOU 😃
A cup of valhalla mjød and PB on a Sunday evening. Highlight of my week.
I’d be sad to see you go, but I’d get it. I miss the gym too. Before covid I weighted in at 14 stone and had a 180kg deadlift, I now weigh just over 12 stone and barely got 150 for two reps.
I had no acces to weights through the entire covid thing but for the last two weeks 😭
Thanks for having me on mate!! ... get at me for a gravel bodge discount code
You're a top man for telling that story 💪. Any ideas in hindsight why the freezing route didn't work?
@@ric999tiger cheers mate. There could have been an off shoot pipe to a tap from that supply i didnt know about .. or it couldnt have frozen properly. Either way it was carnage
Like said above , balls of steel my Friend. Thats definitely the biggest f up to date. But everything happens for a reason . 👍
Keep safe buddy 🙏
Classic story mate.
I like you bro , shit happens sometimes... I can give you one tip if you freezing a 28 mm pipe work, make sure there’s no one , drawing water from a tank or it’s in use , or gate valve letting by , usually freezing a pipe work , better to choose where the bend is and a bit away from soldering joints that way ice sludge stays stuck on a bend other tip is , crack the top nut on a gate valve , before you cut in to a pipe work and check if water is coming out , I hope 🤞 that helps. When you mentioned the size of a tank , it’s not worth a risk , best idea is to give notice to a owner, that they will be out of water for 5 hours or whatever to drain the tank and fit a new valve, if they have leaks in that building somewhere, you can’t freeze the pipe work while water is flowing, not worth the risk , I could blame your management team for not getting better info about the whole site .... I do feel sorry for you, we all make mistakes.
Mate that was toothpaste on that tap 😂😂
haha no I think it was caulk, the guy told me he'd done it to stop it running down the tap
I’ve had one of those nerrad tap kits for sometime they are brilliant 👍
I have my own personal fix for water fall taps I trim them shorter with a grinder! The tap adapters are a god send!
Fantastic videos find them really useful, like you I can't wait to get back in the gym tomorrow, instead of stopping videos why don't you think about doing them fortnightly or monthly instead. Again many thanks for all the videos, Instagram's they really are awesome.
I'm a spark and always watch your vids
Yeah changed a few Glowworm sani blocks, and the old servo warm hot or not valve, been a few years now since I come across one of those
That’s a really nice light that is very useful
hahahaaa....loving Toms cameo at the end..........
Your turn next week?
@@PBPlumber hahahaaa...... Where shall i start!!!....
@@MJTiffPlumbing Go on Mark you must have a few up ur sleeve
@@robcoppin5699 ive got one or two classics...... infact LOADS!!!
That netted tool looks cool. I used to use the monument box spanner’s. They always did the trick. For the bath taps monuments hook type wrench and a bath box spanner for the back nuts.I must admit. Tight behind the bath.
That Nerrad taper kit looks awesome
Nah mate stick at it. Don't give up . Even mr beast only grew rapid success over a small period . Everyone hasto battle through and you produce good content
You should do a feature of "i fucked up" let any plumber send in a vid! I've got a few and still getting more!!
Noooooooooo. I really enjoy these videos and got my brother hooked too. Lol. All the best if don’t see again. Sad now
Great vid sir 👍
Thank you 🙏🏽
Very brave turning it off at the wall 😃
The tapex kit is indeed the dogs danglies. I also had a set of bath taps like that although my feet were the other end and my head was between the khazi and the bath and just to rub salt Ito the wound the owner had sealed the shower screen to the bath which was fine for the taps but a ball ache for the new overflow.
YOU.HAVE ENERGY AFTER A SHIFT...GOOD ON YOU MATE...
Good man..... this is the shit people never see. I use to do loads of bath taps like that in Social Housing.
Can you do a basin, toilet and bath installation ?.
I'm studying for plumbing and am on level 1.
It's going well at the moment however I've not had the chance to do much practical.
My tutor has said to find a plumber but I can't because of covid and the area im living at its difficult to find one that would have me work for them.
Anyway if you could get back to me it would be greatly appreciated.
I just need to have an idea what I'm doing for the city and guilds level 2 practical exam.
Follow MJ TIFF he does loads of bathroom fit outs
@@richswain6996 thanks
Whatever you decide chief , hope all goes well 👍
Link to the discord channel is invalid now or has expired, could you make another one to enter?
If you pump your arms up any more you won't be able to get them up behind baths to undo taps. Then you got to employ someone with thinner arms for those hard to reach places, so now you got to put more hours in to pay for the help and now you don't have time for gym. Best to keep doing the videos PB and spend less time in gym.😁
hello mate, would you buy the rogue 4 for a service bag or wait until the service bag you mentioned gets released? thanks
Happy birthday 🎉 big man
Good enough at the end lad
Hi, where did you get the light from buddy? Thanks 😊
Yeah it killed me when gyms closed here but that was 3 months enough to lose most ur muscle but I built it back fairly quickly hopefully u do the same
@Parkes done a VIPlumber pass by salute m8

Could ov done with that the other day on a job hate when the joints are sezied throw abit ov heat on it pete
Wow! Thats one 'I f**ked up' story
Which work boots you wearing at the moment Pete? Am really struggling to find a pair that agree with me 👍
Download discord but can't find any of the plumbing groups
On the tap spanner set couldn’t you use a wera tool check ratchet and the wera socket adapter to make it shorter?
Wera tool check is 1/4” drive so too small
O i see though that short extension was a 1/4 to 3/8 bar. My bad 🤗
They still sell something very similar to the Servowarm
Bit late to the party but does anyone know if the discord group is still a thing as says the invite link is expired
Got to leave the tea bag in.... Too many bad brews over the years..... Is gym code for pub?
I cnt believe you got the sack if you did everything correctly. The pipe was frozen what else could you have done
Yep silicone removal is an absolute pain 😫 I always manage to cut myself with the stanley blade as well. What do you use to remove it?
I have a really sharp bahco chisel knife, it was very reasonably priced too and comes with a holster
How did you manage to break your Knipex grips ??!!
🤣 my dad worked for servowarm in the 80's
Could u bring back ur old start music plz
It was unique thax
Please don't stop making videos
Would be great to see you stick at the videos even if they come less frequently
So you care about yourself more than us then yeah...FINE!!✋✋✋ 🤣🤣🤣🤣
People really taking the title seriously 😂😂
Hi Pete u mean u don’t make any video anymore in you tube?
Don’t quit it
I only watch your videos to see your van! It's a beeeeeast
Can't find the link for the group
it should be in the video description mate had a lot of new people join tonight
I worked for servowarm years ago
The boiler behind the radiator 😡🤔
