I run and skate as well. I felt that part about the recovery time to do both. I find that running heavy doesn’t give me the freshest legs for skating and vice versa.
What would you recommend for someone who is wanting to get into the Hybrid lifestyle I lost a ton of weight over the past couple of years I was around 200 and now I’m 152. I’m skinny fat but I still skate and I am blessed with a running trail less than 5 minutes from my house. Enjoy the videos as always!
@@Beanwiththedip honestly i love just being active no matter what it is, currently just weight lifting, running, skating, and biking. My goal is to be functional. Eventually wanting to try cross fit! But from what I’m hearing try the calisthenics route or just involve it in your gym split
great job on starting to swim but a few tips... goggles goggles goggles swim cap if you really want but 100% goggles and then also really work on breathing on the side while keeping your head down vs going head up to breath. form is super good for not being a swimmer
Keep up the vids 🔥

I skate, ride and hike. Would definitely recommend mtb, you have some nice trails up there. It combines all 3 and is a good workout
I’ve done like mammoth/big bear downhill resort twice, i had but bikes are just so expensive
